How do we get the, forms? Is this required, in lieu of the filing fee? And, when, do these need to be filed?

Suggestion: Give 3 forms to 10 supporters in your immediate area; order a list of Registered Voters in their neighborhoods, from the OC Registrar of Voters (which you can do as a candidate) which shows party registration. Have them go door-to-door and get at least 20 signatures just in case. Not to difficult this way, and very fast as many houses will have to GOPs registered and most people have no qualms about signing these, whether they are supporters or not. If you have hired a campaign coordinator at this point, they can get this done in a blink of an eye.

Sign at your own risk. Supporters may wind up in FEMA camps.
