   they see their messiah crumbling and will have to protect themselves…

   Obama’s attorney in GA says that he’s confident that the judge with decide in his favor. Uh, news flash Mr. attorney; the judge should decide in favor of the Constitution, not in your favor.

   In regards to Judge Malihi’s ruling to deny Obama’s motion for dismissal: Is the judge really ruling on the authenticity of the LFBC Soetoro aka Obama released on the White House website on 4/27/11? It seems to me that, if there was NO question about its authenticity, the judge would have recognized its validity and dismissed the case outright? In other words, is there a factual connection between the judges ruling and the veracity of the LFBC released to the world on 4/27/11? How does the LFBC factor into the judges decision to deny Obama’s motion for dismissal? Wasn’t the purpose of the release of the LFBC by Soetoro aka Obama an effort to establish prima fascie evidence that he is a NBC? And by doing so, construct an eddifice of evidentiary support for that claim? Please elaborate.

   I’m glad Fox did the story, but some smuck there just had to try and demean it by naming it Ballot Broughaha.

   Brouhaha: A confused disturbance far greater than its cause merits.

   When will these people learn that this is a serious matter?

   Nothing fair and balanced about the report. Neither Bret Baier, Sean or any of the self anointed great Americans at Fox have reported that the Constitution requires POTUS to be a natural born citizen, i.e., born in U.S. of TWO U.S. citizen parents.

   They are still misleading the public with comments about the birth certificate, which helps Obama by distracting public attention away from the primary issue of failing to be a natural born citizen and onto the secondary issue of the birth certificate, that will never be solved until and unless by some miracle Orly succeeds in forcing the corrupt judiciary in HI to allow her access to the original records. This is not very likely and certainly not worth betting the survival of our nation on, especially when it is already known that Obama is ineligible according to the Constitution!

   However in GA, that is not the issue that will keep him off the ballot, depose him from office and send him to prison for usurping the office of president for his failure to qualify as a natural born citizen due to his foreign father, as admitted on his recently released purported birth certificate.

   Don’t be too impressed, if Fox finally decided to report anything about obama eligibility, it’s because Soros is done with him and throwing him under the bus. It certainly is not because they suddenly grew a conscience.

   I live in Georgia and can assure you, President Obama’s name will be on the ballot, just as it will in all 50 states. You’ll be calling this Georgia judge a traitor when he dismisses your lawsuit.

   Dr. Orly – this is the 3rd attempt I’ve made to comment – I keep getting the message ‘duplicate entry’ (or some such) which is not true!! What’s going on???
