    I find it odd that a judge would warn attorneys from embellishing their position or what witnesses have stated. Attorneys should not be twisting the words of anyone. Unfortunately this happens all the time in other court matters. So it is a little interesting that the court decided to warn the participants of this particular case.
    The judge appears to be taking extra care with this case. Why? The judge may not be comfortable with the way courts normally work…..
