   The issue is moot. Montgomery dropped his complaint because of threats against his life. The Secretary of State now has no complaint before him to decide.

   Dr. Taitz, you need to fly to Kansas on Monday and make sure that the hearing proceeds by stepping into the shoes of Mr. Montgomery. We all know you cannot be intimidated!!! If you don’t go, at least file suit for intentional interference with constitutional rights on behalf of Mr. Montgomery.

   Too bad you did not represent Mr. Montgomery. Kansas would have been very easy:

   I just had a thought: If you were to join SOS Kobach in all your lawsuits, could you then ask for a Request For Admissions that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen? He once said “What does God and Obama have in common? They both don’t have Birth Certificates.” Therefore, he would have to admit that Obama is not a NBC.

5. Now Is The Time

   Now Is The Time for the Supreme Court of the United States to step in and have Barack H. Obama’s name removed from all 50 States Ballots until Barack H. Obama prove that he has the right Qualifications to be President. That shouldn’t should only take Barack H. Obama a minute or two to prove that, if he really is qualified.

   So where and what is the BIG PROBLEM.

   All Barck H. Obama has to do now is show the American Public all his vital records that he has alleged paid lawyers millions of dollars to SEAL, HIDE, and DESTROY.

   Didn’t Barack H. Obama say in one of his self glorifying speeches that if a person isn’t completely transparent that they had something to HIDE.

   I personally don’t think Barack H. Obama in is the process of anything at this time. I think Barack H. Obama has already HIDE EVERYTHING that he possibly could HIDE BIG TIME!

   “Mr. Kobach, one of Kansas’s leading conservatives, has pushed for tougher voter identification laws, helped write Arizona’s controversial immigration law and called two years ago for Mr. Obama to release his long-form birth certificate.

   Mr. Kobach declined an interview request on Friday. But The Topeka Capital-Journal quoted him as saying Thursday that the board was doing its due diligence.

   “I don’t think it’s a frivolous objection,” he said. “I do think the factual record could be supplemented.”

   The original complaint filer has now “dropped ” his complaint! He has been harassed and intimidated so much that he now fears for his life; his families lives, and the lives of his friends. The sick bastards got to him.

   When the republicans finally take over they need
   start the prosecution right from day one.
