OK, three questions. First, How do I get $1000 to you ASAP? Second, if you’re suing Obama as an individual and not as a federal agent, why would federal attorney’s have any standing to file a Statement of Interest? Wouldn’t they only have standing if you were suing Obama as a federal entitity (i.e. the president)? Three, if they claimed they have standing and that you didn’t serve Obama correctly since you couldn’t find someone to serve the papers to, couldn’t you then turn around and serve the summons to them? |
Statement of interest filed by United States of America, signed by 4 US attorneys in my Keyes et al v Obama et al case to be heard on Monday by Judge Carter, Central District of CA |
Answer
the whole point is, that they don’t have any standing. In my opinion Obama is using Holder, Department of Justice and US attorney’s office as a tool to intimidate me and to bully judge Carter into not giving me the default against Obama.
A couple of days ago I talked to my neighbor, who is active with Celtic attorney’s association. He told me that Judge Carter is a former marine and a straight shooter, so all I can hope for is that he is not easily intimidated and he is not easily bullied.

Orly, I hope your neighbor is right. We really need a straight shooter judge.
But I’m afraid you may be making a mistake with regard to the U.S. Attorneys. They cited all those rules. They made pretty persuasive arguments. What if they’re right?
It seems to me that by dismissing what they said, you may be missing a chance to figure out how to get your case heard.
Please, Orly, read their statement carefully. Maybe if you follow their reasoning you still have time to do everything according to the rules.
Please, we’re counting on you!

OK, donation is done. I apologize I couldn’t send more.
Your struggle always reminds me of Psalm 73. It is one of my favorites because God tells us that the wicked will prosper on this Earth and the righteous will suffer; he doesn’t sugar coat it. But He reminds us why we shouldn’t lose heart when we witness these abominations.
Allow me to quote:
Psalm 73
A psalm of Asaph.
Truly God is good to Israel,
to those whose hearts are pure.
But as for me, I almost lost my footing.
My feet were slipping, and I was almost gone.
For I envied the proud
when I saw them prosper despite their wickedness.
They seem to live such painless lives;
their bodies are so healthy and strong.
They don’t have troubles like other people;
they’re not plagued with problems like everyone else.
They wear pride like a jeweled necklace
and clothe themselves with cruelty.
These fat cats have everything
their hearts could ever wish for!
They scoff and speak only evil;
in their pride they seek to crush others.
They boast against the very heavens,
and their words strut throughout the earth.
And so the people are dismayed and confused,
drinking in all their words.
“What does God know?” they ask.
“Does the Most High even know what’s happening?”
Look at these wicked people—
enjoying a life of ease while their riches multiply.
Did I keep my heart pure for nothing?
Did I keep myself innocent for no reason?
I get nothing but trouble all day long;
every morning brings me pain.
If I had really spoken this way to others,
I would have been a traitor to your people.
So I tried to understand why the wicked prosper.
But what a difficult task it is!
Then I went into your sanctuary, O God,
and I finally understood the destiny of the wicked.
Truly, you put them on a slippery path
and send them sliding over the cliff to destruction.
In an instant they are destroyed,
completely swept away by terrors.
When you arise, O Lord,
you will laugh at their silly ideas
as a person laughs at dreams in the morning.
Then I realized that my heart was bitter,
and I was all torn up inside.
I was so foolish and ignorant—
I must have seemed like a senseless animal to you.
Yet I still belong to you;
you hold my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
leading me to a glorious destiny.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
I desire you more than anything on earth.
My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak,
but God remains the strength of my heart;
he is mine forever.
Those who desert him will perish,
for you destroy those who abandon you.
But as for me, how good it is to be near God!
I have made the Sovereign Lord my shelter,
and I will tell everyone about the wonderful things you do.

I also wrote a poem in the spirit of psalm 73 that I think is fitting:
The Destination (A Poem for the Wicked)
He sees the beauty others miss,
That gold and silver thread
That winds about the precious jewel
That scorners mock instead.
Their eyes are covered with deceit
Their hearts as cold as stone
Their love is dead, their mercy bleak
No marrow to their bone.
They mock, they cry, they threaten forth
Their hate like bitter wine
Their poison spills into the street
On righteous blood they dine.
But come what may in days ahead
What clouds may darken sky
Their destination always known
A righteous Judge to try.

if the us attorney’s lack standing, why not sue the us attorney’s and BO for their salaries in the time wasting tax payer’s dollars in responding to the lawsuit.
