No the dog and pony show is the goofy non-ponying up of the physical certified documents that Barry the con man claims to have in his possession that he won’t pony up to get authenticated in a court of competent jurisdiction because if he actually does have what he claims it belies his bogus post 2007 WH run announcements claims….
So Barry the con man is scamming the all to eager to please Barry apologist minions.
Barry the con man or his defense team do pony up non-evidence in the form of verification in lieu of a certification to the courts which then isn’t authenticated because of course the cases are dismissed before argument and discovery can take place leaving the Barry apologists to point at dismissed cases as if they proved something when they can’t because of course no argument and discovery of the facts has taken place at all!
That of course is the dog and pony show that proves nothing but keeps the Barry apologist minions mistakenly thinking the dismissals score one for their side when in fact it leaves them scoreless because they have no way to factually prove their argument based on verified by authenticated certified documents being so authenticated in a court of competent jurisdiction…..
That has been the case since the certification of live birth image was first posted on the internet and the Barry apologists were way too blind to notice that the image had language on it that required court proceedings to establish it’s value (If it ever existed as a document at all. ) as prima facie evidence and which of course prima facie evidence even produced in a court proceeding can be overturned by other evidence!
So the Barry apologists have NEVER had anything w/o a court proceeding authenticating a PHYSICAL certified document in a court proceeding but they are so stinking blind that they can’t see the forest for the trees!
