George

I filed on 11.29.2011. I requested the clerk to sign on my copy. He signed “Received by Ruonel Ruiz 11.29/11 Office of elections ESS Section Head and signed Ruonel Ruiz”. Two citizens of HI were with me and they signed the petition as well

Subject: Obama hearing Hawaii elections

Aloha Orly:  I called Nago 1-800-442-8683, but he is not available and staff doesn’t know where he is, nor anything about a complaint or request for hearing from you about Obama and no hearings about anything are scheduled.    And she was nasty on the phone too, so I gave her  a scolding.

Orly, please tell me what date you filed your request for hearing;  and send me a copy of your request/complaint against Obama candidacy that you sent to Hawaii Elections Office.

mahalos,  George Peabody

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to propose the language of the rule? Isn’t that what’s required to get a hearing?
