I do not know what will happen. Some Obama’s operatives are telling me that because Federal Judge Wingate is an African American, he would like to help a fellow African American Obama. I don’t know what to say to this. Judge Wingate is a Reagan appointee.  I am not a mind reader, I can’t get into the mind of Judge Wingate. I hope that he is not a racist, that he will rule based on evidence, Constitution and importance of the issue to this nation and not based on race.    Dem Party of MS improperly removed the case from the Supreme Court of MS. I hope that the judge will not usurp the jurisdiction of the  Supreme court of MS and will remand the case back to the Supreme Court of MS, which will be better for us, as the Federal courts are presumed to be biased in favor of the Federal government and Obama is at the top of the Federal government. The checks for Federal judges come from the federal government. Also, I demanded an evidentiary hearing and sanctions against the  attorneys for the Dem party of MS for knowingly submitting a forgery and attempting to use the federal judge to issue a a judicial notice legitimising this forgery.

MS was detrimentally affected by Obama’s actions. When Obama issued a moratorium on off shore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and the rigs went to Brazil, 80,000 good paying jobs were lost in MS, LA, GA, FL. After this assault on the U.S. oil and gas industry Obama went to Brazil, where his benefactor George Soros is heavily invested in off shore drilling, and congratulated Brazil on their off shore drilling and stated that U.S. will be their biggest customer. If this is not evidence of an anti-American Manchurian President, what is?

In IN Judge Reid made 4 rulings that were beneficial for me. She granted me pro hac vice to represent Indiana Plaintiffs, denied Defendants motion for sanctions against the Plaintiffs, allowed me to proceed with causes of action for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence against the Secretary of State and the Elections Commission and she granted my motion to have a hearing on preliminary injunction preventing Obama from being on the ballot.

So far she was fair and so far the state of Indiana and its judges were serious about elections fraud and violations of elections statutes. Their Secretary of State was  convicted and got prison term and four Democratic party officials  will go on trial shortly for a scheme to forge signatures on petitions. I do not know how can they allow Obama’s forgeries in all of his IDs, when they were cracking down on all the other forgeries and fraud.

PS Chair of the Election Commission Daniel Dumezich flagrantly lied, misrepresented the facts and attempted to harass and intimidate me during the elections commission hearing. (one of his pearls of wisdom, was telling me that he will throw my butt out of there, real genius). That is why he is one of the defendants. One of the Documents that I presented, was a part of Obama’s tax return, where Obama posted CT SDN 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him.  Dumezich tried to tell some 500 people in the audience that I am saying something that is not true because on the top of the form it said “Gift tax return”, it meant that it is not a part of tax return. Dumezich is either a complete idiot or a liar with no conscience. Tax returns contain multiple forms, one of them is called “gift Tax return, it is still a part of the tax return, it is one of the schedules that needs to be filled out on a tax return. Lastly, the fact that Obama regime is using their surrogates to call  me names like “Mad Moldovan”, what can I say, whatever…

U,.S. National security is at stake. If Obama will be allowed to be in the WH for 4 more years, this nation will be completely destroyed. I will have to fight until I win, there is no other option.
