We need someone by name Mickey Mouse running for President, he’ll be as legal as Obama

> Someone could go in, calling themself Minnie or Micky Mouse and hand them $1000 and run for POTUS. Pretty scary,not much protection for us.

Scary? There’s still such a thing as “voter responsibility”. If a majority votes for Mickey Mouse, so be it, but that wouldn’t happen.

You seem to believe we need an Iranian Council of Guardians to tell us who is allowed to run.

    Technically, when you go to vote, you can put whoever you want in the “other” box.
    I’ve voted for Morris the cat during the Bush administration.

    will sal mohammed file a classless action lawsuit vs live free or dunham state? Did new hampshire discriminate with an egyptian vs a half white kenyan??

    @Maynard

    Legally, when you vote for POTUS, you can write-in whomever you want in the “other” box.

    That you’ve voted for Morris the cat during the Bush administration speaks highly of your opinion of Gore and Kerry and, moreover, didn’t count for anything. 🙂

    More to the point — in 2007 Sal Mohamed properly filled out NH’s “Declaration of Intent” and paid $1,000 but was removed from NH’s 2008 ballot by the NH Ballot Law Commission when they found out he was not a “natural born Citizen”. Therefore, the NH Ballot Law Commission/Assistant Secretary of State/Deputy Attorney General flat out LIED during Orly Taitz’s hearing last Friday when they said their only concern/duty/pervue is a properly filled out “Declaration of Intent” and $1,000 fee.

    IDK, which “half white kenyan” are you talking about? Obama is a US citizen.

    Yes, he properly filled it out, including that he was born in Egypt, which kinda gave them a clue.

    The NH BLC played no part in Mr. Mohammed’s removal from the ballot. That was done by the SoS’s office with Mr. Mohammed’s agreement after he was informed that naturalized citizens are not eligible.

    Anyone who tries to place their name on the ballot as “Mickey Mouse” will have to sign an affidavit that they are Mickey Mouse. That will be perjury. Are you willing to do that?
