   I’m happy to know that you’re able to a successful female in this great United States of American because the country from which you originate does not allow such freedoms let alone challenging the legitamacy of the president. Good Luck!

   The NH state Ballot Law Commission hearing ruled that it was not their job to “JUDGE” the applicants “natural citizen” status, it was not their job to keep an applicant off the ballot during a “challenge” or “investigation” by the attorney general. So then what exactly is their job? Is it to just make sure the application is complete and then take the money and run????

   Any freedoms enjoyed by Americans have been hard won by those willing to challenge tyranny.

   Instead of deriding those defending our Constitution, why don’t you educate yourself on what is happening and then join those of us trying to save our Republic.

   Lapane,

   The issue is not even close to having been put to bed, and no amount of proclaiming same by either Obama or yourself will change that.

   As Orly pointed out during her hearing with the NH Ballot Law Commission earlier this month, during the 2008 election the NH Ballot Law Commission removed two candidates from NH’s 2008 presidential ballot upon determining that neither of them were eligible to serve as POTUS per the U.S. Constitution. Therefore, for it to now claim that the only criteria to be on the NH ballot is a properly filled out form and $1,000 fee is a self-documented LIE and, moreover, legal ground for a re-hearing.

    What other 5 Ballot Law Commission members?

    There are supposed to be 5 alternates, but Elizabeth Hager (R-Concord) is the only other active member besides the three Democrats and two RINOs who so contemptuously ruled against their own authority, responsibility, and obligation to vet candidates.
