Apparently your records do not exist just like someone’s birth certicate.  Apparently, all those reports you filed with the FBI went into garbage and were shreddded?

    Will you (or Dr. Levy on your behalf) be filing a FOIA suit against the FBI?

    I would notify the FBI that they will be held liable for misprision by willfully destroying these records. Were these documents delivered by Certified Mail, or were they delivered in person? Do you have any proof of their delivery? It is highly suspect that they wouild destroy these documents this soon. I would inform them that you will be adding them to your lawsuit if they don’t find these documents pronto!!!

    Is Jon Levy practicing out of your office now, Orly? How’d that lawsuit against the Vatican work out for him?
