After Obama’s loss in November 2012 should the new Congress investigate Obama’s Administration for violations of our Constitution, fraud, corruption and misuse of government funds?

    IF IT’S REALLY TRUE THE NINETY THREE PERCENTS (93%) OF AMERICAN WANT AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE PRESENT HEAD OF OUR GOVERNMENT ALLEGEDLY STOLE A DEAD MAN’S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AND IS NOW USING THAT NUMBER AS HIS OWN, AND THAT IT ALSO APPEARS THAT HE IS USING A FORGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

    IF THIS 93% IS TRUE, WHAT ARE WE ALL WAITING FOR?

    WE SHOULD ALL GET VERY LOUD AND CLEAR THAT WE WANT THAT INVESTIGATION TO START IMMEDIATELY.

    I THOUGHT THIS WAS A DEMOCRACY WHERE THE MAJORITY RULES.

    WELL NINETY THREE PERCENT (93%) IS A VAST MAJORITY. SO LETS ALL START DEMANDING AN IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION.

    WE CAN MAKE A LOT MORE NOISE THAN THE SEVEN PERCENT (7%) THAT ARE AGAINST HAVING AN INVESTIGATION.

    @ “Only Logical Answers” – The U.S.A. is not and has never been “a democracy”, it has always been a REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC. (Democracy = Mob rule) Don’t allow the MSM to brainwash you into believing the two are one and the same, please learn the differences.

    From Wikepedia and Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary, plus years of education in the public school systems:
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Democracy is a form of government in which all eligible citizens have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives.
    Democracy allows people to participate equally—either directly or through elected representatives—in the proposal, development, and creation of laws. It encompasses social, economic and cultural conditions that enable the free and equal practice of political self-determination. It originates from the Greek: δημοκρατία (dēmokratía) “rule of the people”,[1] which was coined from δῆμος (dêmos) “people” and κράτος (kratos) “power”, circa 400 BC, to denote the political systems then existing in Greek city-states, notably Athens.
    Other cultures since Greece have significantly contributed to the evolution of democracy such as Ancient Rome,[2] Europe,[2] and North and South America.[3]
    A democratic government contrasts to forms of government where power is either held by one, as in a monarchy, or where power is held by a small number of individuals, as in an oligarchy or aristocracy.
    Nevertheless, these oppositions, inherited from Greek philosophy, are now ambiguous because contemporary governments have mixed democratic, oligarchic, and monarchic elements.
    Karl Popper defined democracy in contrast to dictatorship or tyranny, thus focusing on opportunities for the people to control their leaders and to oust them without the need for a revolution.[citation needed]
    Several variants of democracy exist, but there are two basic forms, both of which concern how the whole body of citizens—the sovereign power in any variant of democracy—executes its will.
    One form of democracy is direct democracy, in which citizens have direct and active participation in the decision making of the government.
    In most modern democracies, the whole body of citizens remain the sovereign power but political power is exercised indirectly through elected representatives; this is called representative democracy.
    The concept of representative democracy arose largely from ideas and institutions that developed during the European Middle Ages and the Age of Enlightenment and in the American and French Revolutions.
