PRESENTMENT TO GRAND JURY

 

MISPRISION OF FELONY COMPLAINT

INVOLVING ELECTED AND APPOINTED PUBLIC SERVANTS

EGREGIOUS BREACH OF THE UNITED STATES NATIONAL SECURITY

 

United States Code Title 18 § 4 Misprision of Felony

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States is guilty of the federal crime of misprision of felony, shall be fined not more than $500 under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This is a matter of National Security and represents the most egregious breach of the United States National Security.  Sworn affidavits of Sheriff Joseph Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, as well as multiple other experts and competent witnesses, all of whom attested to the fact that Barack Hussein Obama is using a forged birth certificate, forged selective service certificate and a stolen Connecticut social Security Number all of which are FELONIES under the Laws of Mississippi and the United States of America.

    Why has Sheriff Arpiao not sent the Cold Case Possee’s findings to his Attorney General? Is he hoping to get out from under the federal charges against him if he burries the investigation of Obama’s crimes? Maybe he’s been in negotiations with Obama’s attorneys since he gathered all his evidence?
