JEFFERSON CITY — Two Missouri state representatives today attended meetings conducted by Orly Taitz in which the California dentist questioned the validity of the presidency of Barack Obama.

Taitz alleges that Obama’s birth certificate is illegitimate, and even if it’s not, she says, he can’t be president because his father was Kenyan. She pushed her conspiracy theories and asked for money today at events in St. Charles and Jefferson City. Taitz said the Supreme Court is complicit in “illegal activity” for blocking her attempts to remove Obama from the presidency.

Rep. Cynthia Davis, R- O’Fallon, who has gotten a bit of national attention lately, was at the event in St. Charles, though she said she was just seeking information, according to a Jo Mannies blog post.

Not so for Rep. Ed Emery, R-Lamar. Emery said he questions Obama’s citizenship and he believes his alleged lack of a legitimate birth certificate ignores the Constitution.

“We’re thumbing our nose at the Constitution,” Emery said. He and Taitz allege that Obama’s certificate of live birth isn’t the same as a birth certificate.

The theory of the false birth certificate has been thoroughly de-bunked by numerous non-partisan groups. But Taitz argues that all of those groups are controlled by Obama.

Speaking to reporters, Emery concluded the issue wasn’t going to go away.

“Whoever is satisfied is satisfied,” he said. “Whoever is not, is not.”

Emery and Davis both chair committees in the Missouri House of Representatives. And they aren’t the only Missouri Republicans to go along with Taitz’ theory. State Rep. Tim Jones, R-Eureka, a lawyer, signed on to Taitz lawsuit about the birth certificate issue, a point Taitz made at her meetings.

At the Jefferson City meeting, she also mentioned Rep. Casey Guernsey, R-Bethany, as a supporter. And Sen. Jim Lembke, R-Lemay, sent a staff member to the St. Charles meeting.

Taitz, who was born in the former Soviet Union, referred to Obama as “King Obama” and the “Messiah” during her talk. She said citizens should form their own grand juries and indict the president.

How can you tell the reporter is corrupt and biased?
First clue – pro Obama dirty reporters inevitably mention the fact that I am a dentist but conveniently forget to mention that I am an attorney, licensed both by the Supreme Court of CA and Federal Court.
Second Clue- How can you tell that the reporter is just an Obama kiss up and lacks even a drop of journalistic integrity? Typically they say that Obama’s ineligibility was debunked, but will not provide any proof or any fact that was really debunked? They just repeat the word debunked like a bunch of zombies.
Bottom line, though, even with our corrupt main stream media the word is getting out. Even through their warped prism of vision the issue is slowly but surely is becoming front page news, millions and millions of people demand answers from our judiciary, law enforcement and Obama himself.

    Well it seems the kool-aid is begining to go sour as they can no longer provide facts to back thier statements… and the kiss-up biased media is running out of drink packets.

    those reporters should grow a backbone, get rid of thier puppet strings and puppeteers, and “debunk” corrupt media.

    but that might be too much of a challenge for them. just like Obama. theres a reason questions to the white house press Gibbs. are pre selected and he answers with pre written answers on his 30 telepromters. Because he could not answer any questions otherwise.

    I wonder if his daily life is written on his telepromters.

    They just can’t stop lying. If they keep repeating it often enough it must be true. Pathetic.

    Good work, Orly! The important thing is that the word is getting out and more and more peeps are becoming aware of the situation. To these morons you speak, the word “debunk” means to get out of bed with obama in the morning.

    All these “non-partisan” groups all point to the same source for the “debunking” – Factcheck. These are not separate groups each “de-bunking” it through their own investigations.

    This idiot can’t even get the basics correct. It is just the opposite. Orly and others ( rightly so ) claim that the CERTIFICATE of live birth IS the same as the birth certificate. That is what we want to see. It is the CERTIFICATION whicgh is not the same as the birth certificate.

    We on the Internet can easily bypass the corrupt alphabet main stream media.

    Blogs such as Orly’s, Web forums, and conservative talk radio have numbered the days of the dishonesty of the television and print media if they wish to stay in business.

    Orly,

    I met you Wednesday in St. Charles and had intended to show you legitimate copies of Hawaiian COLBs of my husband’s aunt and cousins. You were pressed for time because you were scheduled to speak in Jefferson City. I will scan them and email them to the email address on your business card. You can compare them to Obama’s COLB.

    As a genealogist I am aware that Barack Obama’s COLB posted on the internet is merely a computer generated transcription of information from the ORIGINAL document. Many states provide this type of documentation rather than photocopying the original document. These documents are legal in most cases as long as they bear a state imprint. Unfortunately, falsification of such certificates could be relatively simple and might be subject to scrutiny.

    Pertinent birth information is omitted on the COLB as well as legal notations subsequent to birth such as name changes, adoptions, etc. Usually parents or siblings have access to obtaining a copy of the COLB however if there was a name change or legal adoption the original document may have been sealed, to be opened only through a court order. Like many others, I surmise that Obama is hiding something.
    Other than ancestral genealogy there is no Obama documentation to be found. Where is the transparency he promised? What is he hiding?

    And who on this earth has the power and wherewithal to hide or destroy all of these documents?
