    Orly, did Judge Nishimura really set this for rehearing? That’s a positive indicator that she is already having doubts about her ruling.

    Was this date pre-cleared with the court? Because of the trade conference that week the court may not hear your motion. Maybe they could push it off to the 21st so you only have to go to Hawaii once.

    First it was August 8th Court date, then October 24th, now it’s “tenative” Nov. 16th. Te keep continuing an urgent matter. The Country is at stake.
    Meanwhile, a hell of a lot of bullets and guns are being purchased by Citizens in the event of a Civil War that usurper Obama is deliberately provoking.
    Arming Mexican criminals to the extent of an entire military combat division, suing Arizona & Alabama to allow them to invade, Unconstitutional Obama Care, designed to destroy the healthcare system, trillions in wasted bailouts to his friends, a forged birth certificate, bypassing Congress, …this is the Provocation for Civil War.
    Please get this forgery matter in Court and Get Obama, Eric Holder, and his Conspirators indicted, and imprisoned!
