Extremely important! Proposed order by Deputy Attorney General of Hawaii egregiously misrepresents the case and the law

Posted on | October 22, 2011 | 20 Comments

Letter from Nagamine 10.19.2011

See attached letter from the Deputy Attorney General of Hawaii Jill Nagamine. (it was reported to me, that this deputy attorney General Jill nagamine is married to Obama family personal attorney Todao Nagamine, who handled the divorce of Obama’s half sister Maya Soetoro from her first husband. Nagamine refused to deny or confirm this fact).  Nagamine’s proposed order egregiously misrepresents the case and the law.

I can see more manipulation in HI. I didn’t even get a call back from the court reporter to advise me, how much will I need to pay for the transcript, even though I went to the court reporter services after the hearing and filled out an official request for transcripts.  Needless to say, I did not get a transcript. I need a volunteer in Honolulu to go to the 1 circuit court, 1st floor, court reporter services and talk to the supervisor, letting them know, that the court reporter is not responding, did not give an estimate and the Plaintiff needs the transcript in Case Taitz v Fuddy, Onaka 11-1-1731-08 RAN .

Also, I am concerned in regards to actions of someone at FOX news, KHON 2 HI.

Channel 8 reporter was at the hearing as well, but the judge allowed only 1 camera. It is customary for the networks to share the raw footage, if only 1 camera is allowed. Channel 2 FOX- KHON 2 HI ran the story twice in prime time and it was story #1 that day. Channel 8 reporter contacted FOX and asked raw footage for his story and a documentary, that he does about me. FOX said that someone recorded something else on top of the recording they made in court. Channel 8 reporter told me that this is impossible, as FOX had to download the raw footage on computer prior to editing, so they cannot be telling the truth, as they have to have raw footage on computer. I need some volunteers to contact Lori Silva, their News Director and demand to forward to me the raw footage, that they downloaded on their computers prior to editing, it could not be erased, it is on their hard disks.

This is extremely important not just for me, but for the whole country. We have an usurper with  a stolen Social Security number and a computer generated forgery instead of a birth certificate. I have to break through. we really have them cornered, as according to their statues, I filed a proper appeal of an agency hearing and hey have to allow me access to the original in lieu of the certified copy obtained. I need the court reporter transcript and the video footage to submit emergency motion for reconsideration and emergency appeal and application for a writ of mandemus.

What does the proposed order misrepresent? Didn’t the judge make these findings?

What an eye opener regarding the depths that our judicial system has sunk. I never would have believed this possible in the USA. All Americans need to raise their voice against this outrage or concede the loss of equal justice in our land as we’re led off at the whim of our Supreme leader….Nothing to see here, Move on……

Lady Liberty – Are you going to file a motion, to disqualify Nagamine along with a motion to reconsider? Would that be, the correct way to go?

    Good luck.

You misrepresented what happened because there was never any agency hearing. You are a pathetic liar.

there was a hearing and a response by the registrar Onaka, stating that he is responding on his behalf and behalf of director Fuddy. I requested administrative appeal and they did not respond

How does one see the “attached” letter from Nagamine or should I just say the Nag.

When was the “agency hearing”? I must have missed that on your site. You tout every thing but the first I heard about an agency appeal was in your opposition. Are you making it up again? I’m shocked!

“there was a hearing and a response by the registrar Onaka, stating that he is responding on his behalf and behalf of director Fuddy. I requested administrative appeal and they did not respond”

When was there a hearing before the “agency”? I somehow must have missed that.

    Interesting development.

I requested an administrative appeal hearing and did not get a response, therefore I filed an appeal of agency decision in the first circuit. All of the dealings with the Health Department are transactional.

no, there will not be a separate motion, but I might mention the ties.

I dare you to reveal your identity! You won’t because you are a BIG PUSSY! You got a lot of nerve calling her scared. I would say you wrote the book on that.

If you think the order is wrong, submit your own proposed order! Two can play at this game, right?

  18. dr_taitz@yahoo.com
    October 22nd, 2011 @ 7:55 pm

no, typically the party that gets the judgment writes the proposed order

Then what, precisely, is wrong with the order? Surely if it’s wrong you can point that out. I’d file an objection and counter suggestion of an order.
