    Minor does not define article 2 NBC; it’s a voting rights case. Real attorneys know that, Orly.

    John, yes, Minor was a voting rights case, in which the court held that Virginia Minor was a NBC because she was born to US citizen parents.
    Basically the SCOTUS defined NBC in the Minor case as one who was born in US to parents who were both US citizens.
