   Back to the original question, reasoning, and certainly a thorn in the heart of the matter.

   No expert can verify an internet document as legitimate, but you can declare it a fraud. Hawaiian law states that public display of private records removes the Hawaiian obligation to protect them. Simply put, if Obama displays his Birth Certificate copy on the internet or on a Federal Government website, he has no right to privacy.

   Here are undisputed facts:

   1. The Federal Government, via the Executive Branch, has published a Document they claim is Obama’s Hawaiian BC. Not disputed.
   2. There is no legal chain of Custody for the document published by the White House.
   3. The DoH (Department of Health) in Hawaii REFUSED a legal subpeona to review the Document by experts in person after pre-arrangements had been made.

   Obviously the Hawaian DoH has acted appropriately in this case because the information on the White House site does not match DoH records. Specifically, they are obligated to continue to protect the privacy of Obama since his actual records have not been released and seen by the public, or contain information confirming late birth registration.

   Further, Judge Lambert’s recent ruling, in contrary to other national judges and Obama senate campaign (the Ryan Divorce documents) has declared that a politician has the right to privacy. That privacy must be given for certain vital records per national law, but that privacy is null and void if the individual make them public (puts on internet).

   I don’t think it could be more clear that Obama has privacy laws protecting him as he has NOT released a legitimate copy of his COLB or long form Birth Certificate. What the public has seen is not what is in the record, or he wouldn’t be protected.

   I direct my comment directly to you Obama – if that is your name. Notice I did not include the title of “President.” The reason is you have had more than enough time to provide records that would put an end to any questions. Why did you spend about $2 million to have ALL your records sealed? Why did you make a special trip to visit the Supreme Court? I could go on and on. Myself and three brothers served in the military with honor in defense of our country. You, on the other hand so far, have not shown any respect for the Constitution or this country. What is this, some kind of joke? You have made us the laughing stock of the world. It may not be too late to restore what little honor you may have left by doing your DUTY to take steps for the benefit of this country and its’ citizens. Do I have respect for the President? Beyond any doubt, but not you. Remember – respect can not be demanded or bought. You have to earn it.

    For Patty, the accountant. If one uses a false SSN, one is presumably not reporting income as required. Also, using a false SSN is a crime in and of itself.

    i emailed my congressman nick rahall about obamas fraud and corruption,so far no coment back.i had also emailed my governor,and my senator.their response was that obamas birth certificate was cerified.just let me say that,when this is finally put out in public,there is going to be a lot of goverment in prison and rightly so.i have never seen in my lifetime the complete digusting,vile,corruption that is happening now.where is the american pride in our country?it left when obama was put in office and continues today.i think that obama was put in office by someone who is very powerful and has alot of money to buy people off.this is to all congressmen and senators:do what is right and have obama removed from office now.he is a liar and a fraud he wants to throw the Constitution away and I for one will not allow it to happen.get him out !!!

    Answer: It doesn’t.

    So I ask again, what is basis of the IRS fraud? Remember, William, that the IRS collects income tax, employment taxes, excise taxes, and estate and gift tax. So which one of these taxes is being defrauded, and how?

    Not only are you, Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah/whoever, using the CT SSN 042-68-4425, not issued to you, but Harrison J. Bounel, with connections to your wife and her family, is also using the same CT SSN 042-68-4425 involving tax/real estate fraud connected to the Obama mansion that was bought from jailbird buddy Tony Rezco and wife. Would you like to explain that?

    And while we are at it, please explain why there may be as many as 39 stolen SSN’s associated with your name, and 58 residence addresses; one in nearly all 57 states (ooops, that is you that erroneously thinks there are 57 states, isn’t it?)

    I would also like to know why, when I look at your selective service application, supposedly filed in 1980, I see that the form was not in existence until May 2007. Just how do you file on a form not yet printed by the government printing office? You are quite the master of fraudulent documents, aren’t you? But then, you learned from the masters (mistresses) such as your mother, grandmother, Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn. Some had access to records of people who had died, while others, like Bill and Bernadine, scoured cemeteries for the graves of dead babies, so they could get their info and a SS number for crooks like yourself.

    Your treachery is coming to an end soon. You have told so many lies on your path to OUR White House, we will probably never know who you really are. Perhaps while you sit in prison, you will write a book without Ayer’s help, and give us the real story of your crooked past, and all who were complicit in your rise to power.

    One of the most vile things you did to cover up your fraud, was to let LTC Terrence Lakin face court martial and go to prison because you couldn’t produce a birth certificate for him. No military man should have any respect for you as a CIC for having done that. You are despicable!!

    Two names come to mind and both are probably in it. Bilderberg and Soros (One World Order). Bilderberg would explain why no republicans are doing anything about this fraud. Soros is self-explanatory.
