    As a Retired USPS letter carrier I can tell you this Letter Carrier is Lazy and incompetent. The (Return Receipt Card) box must be checked agent or addressee. Also when they sign their name they must also Print their name or the Carrier prints their name. Now these people can say who signed for it and the USPS wont be able to say. That’s why I retired and the USPS is Bankrupt… To many LAZY people work there…

    PS: They (USPS) might be able to see who worked that day and delivered it, if it has not been more than a couple of days. The sender must inquire. Nobody else will be talked with…
