Update

I just talked to the deputy chief clerk of the US District court for the district of Columbia. He was well aware, that judge Lamberth gave me 14 days to resubmit my opposition. I told him, that I shipped it by FedEX  yesterday and specifically paid $60 at Fed Ex for scanning right there of all the docs,  that were shipped and $66 for guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am. He said, he will go to the front to look for my FedEx package and make sure it is docketted.

I got a phone call from the same deputy clerk, he stated, that they will get the package later today and he will keep an eye on it

I have an account with FedEx. If your package is not signed ‘delivered’ at the guaranteed stated time on the AirBill ….you get a full refund from FedEx. Its as simple as that, Orly.
