   You don’t seem to understand that you must make the case that the COLB is not covered by sec. 92F-13(4), not 92F-13(1). The document is protected from release to you because there is a law that says so.

I explained that it is not protected, as Obama already released it. there is no private info to hide or protect. the only thing that is being protected, is evidence of forgery and uttering.    What evidence do we have that this comparison birth certificate is real?

   How do I know that isn’t a forgery or a fake?

   You believed with all your heart the laughably fake Kenyan birth certificate was real so it says a LOT about your fact checking and research. Especially since you were looking for users (see: fellow crackpots) to tell you if scanners can create text layers instead of doing the simple 5 minutes of research to prove that you CAN easily.

   No, you are wrong. Just because Obama released it does not allow DOH to release it. According to H.R.S. § 338-18, it may NOT be released because you are not one of the listed persons having a tangible interest in a public health statistics record. Section 338-18 governs the DOH; there is no exception in the statute that allows for release just because the registrant has shared a copy with others.

   You will have to litigate this, and you will lose.

    I’m thinking that perhaps the HI Dept of Health is very confused about WHICH BIRTH
    DOCUMENT WE ARE REQUESTING? It is, after all,
    a multi-tasking nightmare for them as they certainly have at least 3 (possiby 4 or 5)
    hand written/original typed documents to sift through and decide to generate something that makes sense to their fancy computer systems & come up with a clear document that the human brain can accept as “Real”.
    They have the original filed but not accepted form filled out by Grandma Madelyn Dunham requesting birth registration. They probably have a document for when Stanley Ann brought her baby to Kapiolani for an exam and to request a birth document.
    When Stanley Ann married Lolo Soetoro and that baby was adopted in Indonesia, there may be an adoption amendment to the HI birth. Likewise when they divorced, there could be another documentation/amendment. And with any legal name change there could be another document. There may even be a late request filed by THE MAN HIMSELF to correct or clarify anything in any document in their possesion.
    So my point is that in reproducing a sensical document, the HI Dept would have a computer choose pot-luck from the information avavilable to fit into a restricted space the most appropriate answer to any query.

    While I admit that some of this is indeed tongue-in-cheek, most will see much that is valid questioning about WTF is going on in the HDOH/BHO release your shi’ite saga.

    Unlike you, she seeks assitance in the areas where se is no expert. So Mr. Forensics expert, what qualifies you to determine if its fake or real without seeing the original document? The fact is until the original is produced you have to take Obama at as word that the only people who won’t disclose are people that have something to hide. He won’t disclose so he is hiding something.

    Patriot Blue seems incapable of understanding the constitutional requirements to be a Natural Born Citizen. Birth alone in the USA does not mean you are a Natural Born Citizen, only a citizen. In order to be Natural Born a person must be “Born of Parent (S) plural who are citizens. This definition of Natural Born has been upheld by the U S Supreme court in three different cases. The House non-binding resloution declaring John McCain to be a Natural Born Citizen also containns this definition. (Probably an error since J McCain was not born on the military installation but in the city of Colon). He would only be a citizen since his parents were both American Citizens on assignment of the U S Military.

    Obama’s father was not a U.S Citizen, B O admits to being born under the rules of the British Nationality Act of 1946.
    He is not, never was and never will be a Natural Born Citizen.

    Listen up, pros and cons. The Kapiolani Hospital has the only ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF BABIES BORN WITHIN THEIR FACILITIES. If there is an Obama BC recorded within hospital records, that describes Obama’s birth characteristics, plus all the other data of parents, etc., then let’s take a look.

    Let’s face it, the document Obama holds to prove his eligibility is a fraud. He has committed ID theft which, had he truly had a valid COLB in the Health Department guarded archives, he could have simply shown it to the Soc Sec Administration and received a legal, clean and official Social Security Card.

    Following that he could have done a better job at forging his Selective Service Registration Card which he said was issued back in the 1970’s. Obama is no dummy and he knows what would have worked for him.

    So why did he not do exactly that? Simple, there was no birth certificate at all in the Health Department archives. But give Obama credit for setting up that ruse when he flew to HI in 2008, ostensibly to see his dying grandmother. Most of us skeptics who felt all along he was a Kenyan, believed the purpose of the trip was to make us believe he was playing games with his BC. Well he was close LOL.

    Now we know, he did not have one. The Kapiolani Hospital knows the answer, and I don’t think they will give up their license for the man who has already done the damage.

    Mr. George Soros, who is most likely the person who financed the forgery, probably hired some experts with hanky panky experience in document forgery. Keep looking Orly, you are on the right trail.

    And yes, Obama himself nullified his executive order by showing whatever that thing was he proudly showed to the public.

    Pack your bag, Mr. President, you’re on your way, but not to Shangri La.

    We all know that you must have 2 parents who are both citizens at the time of your birth, to be president of the U.S., so why doesn’t the law, or the government, or anybody stop him? Is this not proof of a coverup of our government.There has to be someway to stop this in our country and the people as a whole are the only ones. Are we to start a war against our own government. Somebody has to take the lead. There doesn’t seem to be any political person, democrat or republican willing. SOMETHING IS CORRUPTED IN WASHINGTON. Should we stop trying to fight in court rooms? It doesn’t seem to work. Should we just wait to try to get Obama as out in 2012? What if he wins again? Are we still going to be going through all this court room BS for 4 more years? WHAT IS THE ANSWER? I don’t want to die not knowing what the future will be for my family when I am gone.

    Could the “problem” the Kenyan Paliament was ask by Barry to take care, which they did, have been related to the Mombasa hospital break-in where records were stolen?

    Part of letter from Kenya’s Emmanuel Kisombe when asked if Obama may have been born in Kenya:

    “Kisombe noted that the Kenyan government’s inability to find Obama birth records was not conclusive, because “the information we in the ministry have is that some documents have been removed by unknown persons at unknown dates or are missing from birth registry records thus denting the prospects of uncovering the facts of this matter.”

    Emmanuel Kisombe, is the permanent secretary in the Ministry for Immigration and Registration of Persons, he wrote a letter in July 2008 in reply to a letter from the U.S. ambassador in Nairobi that raised the possibility with Kenyan officials that Obama was born in their country.

    This tampering, if confirmed, constitutes a serious offense that is punishable by law and it behooves your office to track down the culprits and bring them to justice. My officers have been instructed to fully cooperate as the Kenya Police Criminal Investigation Department performs this task.

    Perhaps the break-end to remove Obam’s birth records was the solution to the “problem” Obama called about at midnight?
