Is there any explanation of why there is a US Attorney General under the President, rather than under the Supreme Court? I thought we had a balance of 3 powers, Executive (president, Legislative (Congress), and Legal (Supreme Court). When was the office of US Attorney General created….and if it is under the Executive Power, is that not part of the problem we have here, with no separate authority to balance Executive abuse, and the Attorney General controlling federal courts?

I think this office was supposed to be legal adviser, and not control all the court system. The president has abused this office to protect himself from We the Citizens. This seems a critical part of the problem. The balance of power has been grabbed by the Executive Branch.

The Attorney General was once a part-time job. This “crime syndicate” should be dissolved and the Supreme Court should be overseeing the court system, not the Attorney General and the “Injustice Department.”

This group might help confront the employees who are not doing their jobs at the court system.
