To Sen Coburn

Dear Mr. Schwartz,

Memorial Day, both the 25th AND the 30th (which is still the REAL Memorial Day to this Old Timer) have come and gone, so I would like to return to the case of Obama/Soetoro’s eligibility to be in the White House.

I realize he is a friend and former co-worker with Dr. Coburn and that he feels deeply for this man and prays for him; but I think the bare fact that this Marxist Usurper is engaged in a mad dash to DESTROY our country with the aid of the many Fellow Travelers in AND out of the Democrat party, requires the Doctor to put his oath of office AND his country FIRST.

I think that Dr. Taitz makes a compelling case that AT LEAST deserves Dr. Coburn’s FULL attention. I know that you have in your office the dossier she has provided. I just ask that the good Doctor make himself available to meet with Dr. Taitz at the time and place of his choosing so that she could make him fully aware of the severity, AND THE URGENCY, of this matter.

Barring that, the honoring of his oath and love of country; I, as one of Dr. Coburn’s constituents, ask that he, as a member of the Judiciary Committee, put a “Hold” on the appointment of Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court UNTIL Mr. Obama/Soetoro provides the full documentation to LEGALLY establish the TRUE status of his “natural born citizenship”.

Thank you kindly for your efforts on this matter.

Sincerely,

Richard H. Irish

Edmond

Richard, would make a great lawsuit, Obama can’t nominate Sotomayor till he proves he is qualified to be President.

I think that is a great point that should be embraced by the Republicans. In other words let’s clear the air once and for all before we continue making critical decisions that effect all Americans. Sotomayor’s confirmation hearings (she too BTW is unqualified but that is another story) should be set aside…until Barry’s credentials are vetted. PERIOD. It’s common sense. BTW…wouldn’t have been great if the secret service had shut the door of Air Force One when Barry tried to leave Saudi Arabia and flew off without him…would loved to have seen the expression on his face. He could have lived in comfort in his beloved Muslim world and avoided the embarrassment of indictment , conviction and imprisonment for life in an American prison (of course we would allow him a prayer mat and the Koran).

I think that is a good idea, also. Against whom would we direct the lawsuit? So far, suits against Obama haven’t worked. Would we name Congress, the way Mario Apuzzo has, for failing to do its constitutional duty? Or would we direct it at the Senate, who confirms judges? Of course, the Senate is part of Congress.

This is an excellent idea, though. I’m going to write both my senators a letter stating that they should hold off on confirming Sotomayor or any other appointment of Hussein’s until he shows proof of eligibility. My two bozos are Dodd and Lieberman, so it probably won’t do much good, but I’ll do it anyway.
