Governor Walker, hold the state assembly at a school, abandoned by rioting teachers

Posted on | February 19, 2011 | 24 Comments

I was watching the riots of the state employees in WI and thinking to myself “How is that possible? When new Congress read the US Constitution and specifically natural born clause, a patriot by name  Theresa Cau simply  yelled: “Not Obama! Help us Jesus!” For this she was arrested, fined and now is being prosecuted. How can these rioters take over the Capitol of WI, prevent state assembly from functioning and nothing is done to stop it?”

Every state has laws assuring state safety. They have sheriffs, state troopers, state police. Yes, people should have a right to demonstrate in front of the state capitol, but they don’t have a right to take over the state capitol. Now let’s put the numbers of the rioters  in perspective

Population, Wisconsin

5,654,774 – Jul 2009

  • Last sesus bureau put WI population at 5.6 million in 2009. Today it should be about 6 million people. Main stream media estimates that the crowd in front of the capitol is about 40,000.
  • As you know, most of our main stream media is safely in Obama’s little back pocket and don’t have a concept of journalistic integrity. When they report on Tea parties, they cut the size of the crowds by 2 or 3 or 10. When they report on the size of the pro Obama crowds, they multiply by 2 or 3 or 10. So, when the main stream media reports that the pro union crowd in 40,000, you can safely divide it by 2. But let’s take them at their word and assume that the crowd is 40,000. What percentage of WI population does it make? The answer is 0.0066%. In simple English it is nothing. It is a tiny percentage of the total population of WI, which voted for Walker and want to balance the budget, don’t want higher taxes and don’t want the state to go bankrupt.
  • Let’s remember, what did Ronald Reagan do when the traffic controllers rioted? He issued an executive order, bringing them to work. It is time for executive orders by the governors of the states. We are in the state of economic emergency. National deficit of 14 trillion dollars is only the tip of the iceberg. The body of the iceberg is 300 trillion of unfunded obligations of the federal government and trillions in unfunded obligations of state governments. The astate of CA alone has 70 trillion in unfunded obligations. Just recently I happened to be at a meeting with CA state Representative Chris Norby. He was saying that in CA policemen can retire at the age of 50 and will have pensions as high as their last salary. The states are experiencing dwindling tax revenues and cannot sustain those pensions. They have to be lower and starting at higher age bracket.
  • What would I do, if I would be in the predicament of Governor Walker of WI? I would call for an emergency joint state assembly and state senate meeting at the premises of a school abandoned by rioting teachers. I would call the parents, the students and the media and I would teach those students a civics lesson. When the teachers riot, the parents cannpt go to work, they have to stay at home take care of their children.   When they don’t go to work, they can lose their jobs. When they lose their jobs, they can’t pay mortgages and high property taxes and they lose their homes and are thrown on the street.
  • It is time to end this vicious cycle and bring some sanity to the state. The state needs a balanced budget amendment. Just as the family cannot spend more, than what it earns, neither can a state. A state is a big family of responsible citizens, or at least citizens, who ought to be responsible. state employees fulfil essential functions of the state. In order to carry those essential functions, there is a need for an emergency executive order. State employees, who walk out of their jobs, will be terminated. New employees will be hired on personal contracts.
  • State senators, who left their job in state assembly and were found drinking at a bar in Il will not be paid their salaries for the days, that they did not work. Their salaries will go back to the general fund to cover the deficit in the budget. Any other employees, who left their jobs, will not be paid for the days they missed.
  • Students, who misbehave usually get punished by detention. What about teachers who misbehave? It is okay to have a demonstration in front of the state Capitol, but it is not ok to take over the state Capitol. Just as the students are not allowed to riot and disrupt class, the teachers are not allowed to riot and disrupt the work of the state assembly. Each person, who is rioting within the capitol and disrupting the work of the state assembly will be arrested and fined. All the fines will go to the general fund in order to cover the deficit.
  • Lastly,  I will explain to the kids and their parents, that we as a nation were successful because we are a nation of  law and order and the Constitution. When the kids want to play in little league, they have to bring their birth certificates to show their age. We have today a person at the helm of the Nation in the position of the President and the commander in chief, who refuses to sign a consent and release to the Nation a certified copy of his original birth certificate, which should show the name of the doctor and the name of the hospital. He sits in the White house with a stolen Connecticut social security number 042-68-4425, which he claims he legally got in Hawaii. This needs to stop. By executive order I will allow on Wisconsin ballot only presidential and vice presidential candidates, who can produce a certified copy of their original birth certificate, showing them to be a Natural Born US citizen, born in US to US citizen parents, and who have a valid US social security number.
  • I guarantee you, this is a civics lessons, those children will never forget!

      “TWO “S” WORDS FOR SATURDAY”

      By Karl Denninger
      In Editorial
      2011-02-19

      Excerpt:

      “The first one: STATE.

You know, that thing that has all of the powers of government not explicitly delegated in The Constitution to The Federal government? Yes, that thing. There are 50 of them in The United States.

Notice that we don’t call the nation “The United Federal Government.” We call it “The United STATES.” That’s because States have supremacy. Always have. They originally joined together under a promise of a limited Federal government, which was mostly about the common defense – and little more.

Now as for the second word….. Sedition.
      (snip).

But today, the issue is this: We have a President who is attempting to overturn the results of an election in a State. That election was held, the people spoke, and the majority of Wisconsin residents support what Governor Walker is doing. The President has exactly zero right to interfere in the sovereign matters of a State’s Government in violation of the expressed will of The People and by doing so he has, in my opinion, committed an impeachable offense.

There are also serious issues in Wisconsin with the Teachers and also with State Senators. If you are a parent with children in a Wisconsin school you must demand that any teacher who falsely called in sick to protest be debarred from teaching your child. It is absolutely essential that our children understand and be taught that the representative process of government is sacred and that violating that premise is unacceptable. No parent who honors our form of government can permit their child to be instructed by a teacher who participated. I therefore call upon all parents to perform a “KidOut” and demand these teachers be immediately fired and replaced, or their children will not return to class. There are millions of unemployed people in this nation and many are qualified to teach. There is no shortage in the labor pool. Force the Superintendents to fire every one of these teachers – right now.

Second, Governor Walker needs to sign an executive order declaring a State of Emergency and ordering the Senate to come to order. If the Democrats refuse he should then declare their seats abdicated and hold special elections. The Democrats need only lose one seat in that special election to be irretrievably screwed. It is fine to disagree but the fact remains that a legislator has a job, and that is to legislate. That means showing up, speaking your peace, debating in a civil manner and voting. That’s how we do things in America.

Finally, to those in Organizing for America who are playing these games, let me make this very, very clear: You set the standard in 2008 when your President, who heads your group, said “I won” as justification for refusing to compromise on his bills. Well, this time you lost. Live to your own standards or you risk the people deciding to shut down commerce. To de-fund the government and your goon squads by doing an entirely-legal thing – deciding to cease all commerce and demonstrate via peaceful means exactly as was done in Egypt. (snip).

We the people, via peaceful and lawful means, always have the right to revoke that belief among those who buy those bonds and transact business, and I believe we are not far from a critical mass in this country of people who are willing to do exactly that, particularly when our government refuses to honor the just results of a fair election of representatives and governors.

I call upon all Ticker readers to call Darryl Issa’s office Tuesday, along with their Representative and Senators, and demand an immediate halt to this interference in the affairs of Wisconsin and other States. And while you’re at it, demand that Mr. Issa issue subpoenas and find out exactly where the money came from for those buses, where the people came from, and who’s coordinating what.

There may be a federal offense in there.

Speaking of which, is it time to impeach Eric Holder yet?”

The meaning of the term, US citizen?
As Barak Obama says, “Words, just words.”

I hope to illustrate the difference between
rule by a commercial corporation under color of government (our current national condition since 1871)
      vs.
self rule by free and sovereign American human beings.

Because my knowledge has grown and because my thinking has evolved I am going to be knit picky with Orly Taitz, a woman whom I respect and admire and whose work is important.

      So, what’s in a word?

      Just for example,
February 12, 1809 – Abraham Lincoln was born in a one-room log cabin on Nolin Creek in Kentucky to parents who were citizens of Kentucky. He was a natural born citizen of Kentucky, part of the united States of America.
FACT: Neither he nor his parents were ever US citizens.

The term “US citizen” is one invented by the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED after Lincoln was executed. It is a term to which we Americans have become accustomed. Without comprehending its true meaning we acquiesce to this label when we interact with USA INC to register births, to marry, to open a bank account, to acquire a passport, social security number, driver’s license, hunting license or professional license, to file a tax return, to apply for welfare payments. All of these instruments are commercial constructs of (agreements with) the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED.

Do free and sovereign Americans need to pay The King to travel on their own highways, to hunt in their own forests, to fish in the sea, to practice a profession? NO! Are we tenants on our own land and in our own cars? If we are not, then what happens when we don’t pay the rent to the USA INC (and its city, county and state subsidiaries?) They a’lien our property. If still they don’t collect, they liquidate our property for cash. As Americans our property rights are unalienable (un-a’lien-able) but as US citizens our right are a’lienable.

Some say that the term “American citizen” is an oxymoron since, as originally intended we should be sovereign Americans and citizens of the State in which we reside. Because modern 14th Amendment US citizens may not legally challenge the debts of the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, he is technically, a slave of the corporation. US citizens (slaves, corporate property, debt collateral, chattel) have no standing in the affairs of the corporation.

Most of us Americans live under the delusion that we are free and that the Declaration of Independence is the law of the land. We have guns, lots of them. We cling to our biblical sense of right and wrong. We believe the original
Constitution for the united States of America
and Declaration of Independence are the law of the land, even though everywhere we look, we hear that its name is the
Constitution of the United States of America.
What’s in a couple of words and letters switched around? Slight of hand.

Because our guns are loaded and we think we are free, we are, but only to a limited extent and less and less in by corporate ruling, policy and statute. We are deluded by decades of treachery and lies. We, US citizens, are literally indentured servants who according to Obama, “still cling to their (our) guns and religion.”

My wish to you, Orly Taitz and all who read this is that you add to your comprehension the difference between our nation as founded in 1776 and our current condition as developed from the founding of the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED in 1871 by the 41st Congress. The earlier is lawful government. The later is a tangle of corporate “de facto” legalisms under color of government.

      Respectfully submitted.

I’m unsure how you can state that half of the population are birthers. Even though I am quite familiar with the situation and have followed you for quite sometime, none of my family believe me or care about the birth certificate. All of my friends that I thought were friends just laugh at me and I’m no longer welcome to church groups and other activities unless I just keep my mouth shut. Other people that I may meet and tell them about you have never heard about you. To this day, I still haven’t met a person other than on the internet that knows about this situation. My fear is the word hasn’t been let out enough and even if it does get out by MSM, people are reluctant to believe or they just think it is silly.

Reagan was able to order the air traffic controllers back to work because they were federal employees.

I think the governor can though.

      > Since when do peaceful demonstrations equal “riots”?

You know, that’s the birthers’ double standard.

Imagine a birther demonstration in Washington against “da ebil usurrpurr” was dissolved by the same police force that Orly is calling for now. How they would scream “police state” and “civil rights” and stuff.

      > they don’t have a right to take over the state capitol

Orly, isn’t that what the birther mouthpieces have been calling for? “Go to Congress and take it over, after all it’s our house” and stuff like that?
      Talk about double standard…

I would think that all states have laws in their constitution regarding this type of issue, ie..not fulfilling your obligation and oath that you took. I cannot locate the article now, but it was some law according to the article. Also, if it was not a law, I don’t think the person would have said, we are not going to prosecute.

I am not sure why my earlier comment did not show up. I saw it post waiting for review. It was a civil response to your statement. How do you know what I read was incorrect? I would think that every state has laws (or written in their state constitution) that cover this type of issue…not fulfilling the duties of office for which they took an oath. In addition, I am not sure why the republican made the statement…”we will not prosecute them” if it were not against the law. Unfortunately, I am not able to locate the story now.

      SATURDAY’S CAPITOL SQUARE DEMONSTRATIONS

      Law Enforcement Praises Protesters’ Conduct

On behalf of all the law enforcement agencies that helped keep the peace on the Capitol Square Saturday, a very sincere thank you to all of those who showed up to exercise their First Amendment rights. You conducted yourselves with great decorum and civility, and if the eyes of the nation were upon Wisconsin, then you have shown how democracy can flourish even amongst those who passionately disagree. As of 5:00 p.m., no major incidents had been reported. There have been no arrests. However, discourse and discussion was – at times – loud and heated. That was to be expected. As previously indicated, the goal of law enforcement has been to provide a safe environment for democracy to take place. That goal has been realized for yet another day.

    21. Politijabber
      February 21st, 2011 @ 3:52 pm

Barb, here is what you read that was incorrect:

“I read today it is a felony in Wisconsin for the democratic state senators to not perform their duties.”

It is not a felony. It is not a misdemeanor. It is nothing more than a parliamentary procedure and there is nothing that law enforcement can do.

Felonies are creatures of statute. Did the story you read happen to cite the statute and demonstrate how the senators’ conduct in depriving the senate of a quorum meet each and every element of the provision? That is something you should be questioning. View a lot of what you read on blogs and in editorials with a critical eye.

Barb, I’m sorry, but I cannot show you a law that does not exist. Perhaps you could post the law that you think might apply, then we can go through the elements together and I can show you how they do not apply to these facts and circumstances.

There is supposed to be a “log cabin” in Illnois that is designated where Lincoln was born (in 1809-?). How is this NOT becoming a US Citizen?

3rdly, go into the U.S. Incorporation, to discuss where is this located? Who gave us this? And is this “legal” or not, like the Fed?
