More lies about me

Obama’s operatives continue  unrelenting attacks of defamation of my character. For four years they were posting lie after lie about me. They do not stop at anything in order to kill the messenger because they do not like the message. They can’t drown my message, they can’t get my RICO cases against Obama, Pelosi, Obama for America, Fuddy, Onaka and others dismissed. Now Arpaio is confirming my findings, the controversy is growing, so they are attacking me personally.

They were saying that I lost  my dental license and it was proven to be a malicious lie. For four years they claimed that I am about to be disbarred, that was a lie. Now they are misrepresenting my record as an attorney. They are claiming that cases of my voluntary withdrawal of cases with prejudice from the Superior Court means a loss for me as a Plaintiff or a Plaintiff’s attorney. This is a complete lie. Every attorney knows that when there is a case that goes to mediation or arbitration and it is settled, the Plaintiff dismisses the case with prejudice. I had numerous cases where I got a large settlement, in some cases 6 figure settlement in arbitration and mediation, however it does not show in the records of the Superior court, as it was settled in a confidential mediation or arbitration. The whole purpose of arbitration or mediation is confidentiality, so that  others do not learn from the case and do not sue the same people or the same entities. Due to confidentiality agreements I can’t disclose how much I got in every case that was settled. However, it is a public record that last year I got $290,000 judgment  in Superior Court for Medical-Dental Development LLC ,  and if they want to talk to other parties and get their permission to disclose the terms of settlement and the amounts paid to me, please, be my guest. This will be to my benefit, as it will show me getting payments and settlements and will only bring new business. Please, get disclosure of these settlements, be my guest, make my day, you Obama punks!

PS Not many people know that over 90% of all the cases never go to trial, but rather get settled out of court. However, Obama’s cases will not settle with damages alone, those will have to include a stipulation of Obama getting off the ballot and not having an opportunity to destroy this country and it’s economy and it’s national security for 4 more years

    Good for you! It’s nice to know that it’s unlikely that you’ll ever back down from the fight for lack of resources. I hope that you figured out how to pay no taxes like Mitt Romney did. That just adds to the pot of money available to challenge Obama.

    You sound like a real obot. Romney paid taxes at a higher rate than Obama. He gave to charity more than Obama
