OPEN LETTER TO THE ALABAMA LEGISLATORS

January 27, 2011

So far the Alabama Legislature has wasted their time and tax payer dollars
with frivolous legislation dealing with gambling and re-writing the Alabama
Constitution.  With everything else that is going on in Alabama and the
United States of America, like Un-Constitutional Health Care being jammed
down our throats, the Alabama Legislature need not waste any more precious
Legislative time on Gambling and re-write of the Constitution.  Your top
priority should be stopping all Government Services and Tax Dollars going to
Illegal Aliens in Alabama.  What part of Illegal do Alabama Legislatures not
understand?

Will another Legislative Session end without the protection of Citizens from
Candidates not qualified or do not meet the Constitutional requirements for
the Office they seek?  Where is the requirement to VET each and every
Candidate for Office in a City, County, State or Federal election before
their name goes on the Alabama Election Ballot?  Legislation must be passed
before another election is held in Alabama. Election Fraud that goes
unabated brings great shame to Alabama.

Both the House and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman’s were provided
evidence of Consumer Fraud by the Judges in the Alabama Courts.  The
Judiciary Inquiry Commission has declined to take action because they can
not interfere in the way the Judge Rules.  Apparently, no one has authority
in the fraudulent conduct of the Court Administration. Cases are dismissed
by the Judge but the Consumer doesn’t get their money back nothing short of
theft by court fees. Over a year has passed and the House and Senate
Judiciary Committee Chairman’s have done nothing to Judge Eugene Reese and
the Montgomery County District Civil Court or even respond to my complaint.
Corruption in Alabama Judiciary Courts continues unabated in Alabama. Stop
the Judiciary from committing Consumer Fraud on the Citizens of Alabama.

The House and Senate Constitutional Chairman’s have been notified of the
fraud of the 16th and 17th Amendment to the United States Constitution that
was fraudulently declared ratified. Alabama did NOT ratify either one of
these Amendments.  You have no choice but to end the Alabama Income Tax now.
Tax fraud of the Alabama Citizens is a CRIME and can not be allowed to
continue. Income Tax Fraud is a crime and requires your immediate attention
and to ignore may make you complacent in this crime and you may be held
accountable.

The Alabama Legislature must now appoint two Senators to the United States
Senate as required before the 17th Amendment was fraudulently declared
ratified.

Your only duty required by your Oath of Office sworn unto God is to
Preserve, Protect and Defend the United States and Alabama Constitutions.

Citizens of Alabama are watching you and your actions or in actions will
speak loudly. END THE ALABAMA INCOME TAX FRAUD NOW.

    Excuse me for putting in my two cents. But why waste our time, resources and energy on “eligibility”? We know and “they” know what the Constitution says in regard to eligibility. Let’s spend our time, energy and resources on TREASON and/or FRAUD and/or IMPEACHMENT. (Although if he isn’t our president, how can he be impeached?) Go for the big game, big issues!

    Hmmm…well, if he’s “impersonating a prez,” isn’t that noteworthy enough to have him arrested? Isn’t that like “impersonating” a cop? What would happen to someone else who did this? He’d be arrested, right?

    He’s illegal to be prez, in more than one way! And no matter how we look at this, he’s an “illegal alien” and he helped committ “fraud” along with Pelosi, Soros, and the Democratic Party!

    IMO, who cares what he is doing wrong, the fact is: he’s DONE IT!!! And look at the things he’s pulled off and trying to pull off!!!

    And…if he’s NOT LEGAL, then the court is committing (???) by supporting him! Or… none of us have to follow anything he signs into law–The HealthCare for one!!! And he then has “illegally had LTC Lakin incarcerated,” when he has NO authority to do so, right?

    Also, if he isn’t legal to be prez, then why is he still sitting in the WH? Why is Congress NOT seeing to it that he should be removed?

    IMO, if we don’t remove him, ASAP, it will be a further detriment to our “Way of Life!” He conned, lied, and has done so any “feloneous” activities, that it’s plain to see that this “Walter Mitty” should be stopped by America, so he’s not allowed to destroy this Nation any further!

    Phil et al – your comments are dangerously close to insurrection. President Obama won the election, fair and square (such as it is in politics), and will continue to serve through his entire term. He will very likely run for re-election, and at that point you can exercise your rights as an American citizen and vote against him if you choose.
    Queeny, here’s another idea – why not put your time, efforts and resources into something useful?
