    Yes, it is true. I JUST saw this on the FOX News website. It stated that they will appeal to the ILL Supreme Court however.

    Why is he so keen to be mayor? What has he to gain? So he can be in place for more election fraud to help Obama in 2012? That is if Barry Hussein Soetoro is not deemed INELIGIBLE WAY BEFORE THAT!

    Orly:…I also saw this on the evening news. Rahm was declared “ineligible?” Gee, I guess that $$$ that Trump supposedly gave him, just wasn’t enough!!! LOL! Didn’t get all the info from the broadcast!

    Today 01-25-2011 the Illinois Supreme court ruled Rahm’s name had to be put back on the ballots while he is appealing the case. If the Illinois Election Commision prints ANY ballots his name has to be on it. The IEC was due to start printing ballots today. They had already printed 300,000 ballots without his name when the presses were ordered to be stopped.
