    For the moment, this looks too good to be true.
    It may happen, but I think that it may drag into next year, and with a political year for reelections, this eligilibility issue may be viewed as a political trick.
    I still think that Issa will drag his feet on this one; too much of a national upheaval if he goes ahead.
    It would certainly embarrass the supreme court to be outdone by a congressman.
    And then we would have to look for 2 justices who would be without a job
    Maybe they should apply for unemployment.

    I thank the person who got this Issa 10 point list; is there a time frame attached??
