| Orly,
I thought you might be interested in what I found. Of course, nothing can be proven, but it sure looks suspicious to me. This might relate to the Barnett case as I saw you were asking for audio tapes. A couple weeks ago, I had posted this information on our blog. Perhaps someone sent it to you already. https://www.wtpotus.wordpress.com
I don’t mind if you post this information, although that might tip them off if you plan to investigate further. But please do not use my name.
I don’t know when your case started, but it my understanding that court assistants are chosen several months ahead of taking a position with a judge. But does it coincide with the dates of the money exchanges?
Now why would Neil be paying Perkins Coie in Seattle (Obama’s Eligibility lawyer’s firm, Robert Bauer, WH General Counsel and Anita Dunn, his wife)? Was the payment perhaps for that assistant, Velamoor, that was assigned to that fine Marine judge in Orly’s case? Is that the guy’s salary for the year? What can Perkins Coie do that his attorney’s Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing Lawyers, Honolulu, HI can’t do?
(Equally amazing is that Open Secrets is a Soros organization and this information is on their site).
Expenditure Detail for Neil Abercrombie, 2009 – 2010

The case in question was Orly’s (Barnett/Keyes v Obama) in Oct. 2009 presided over by Judge David O. Carter. He was the judge that gave us all hope that he would hear the case on its merits as he said. He is an ex Marine, so it was assumed that he would stick by his word and the constitution. The judge’s speech prior to the case had a totally different tone than when the case was being heard in a hearing. It was such a transformation, that it raised eyebrows and questions.
Judge Carter ruled that the non-candidate plaintiffs, which included various military personnel and a few state legislators, do not have standing. He was hesitant to rule that Alan Keyes lacked standing.
Shortly after the verdict, it was found that he had “hired” a new law clerk, Siddharth Vijaykumar Velamoor, previously of Perkins Coie (Robert Bauer’s firm). His internship with the Bauer’s firm was in “product liability” and then he went to work for Judge Carter? What does product liability have to do with Judge Carter’s cases?
In a blog it was found…Clerkships are set up months ahead of time and Velamoor showed up in October, 2009. Was Velamoor a first or second choice for the position with Judge Carter and when was the decision made to hire him?
A very odd coincidence was that he attended Mercer Island High School, where Barry’s mom went to high school. He graduated from Columbia Law School in 2008 and got his Washington State license the same year.
Why would Abercrombie be paying a law firm in Seattle when he lived in HI? Did/does Velamoor get paid by the government for his position with Judge Carter or was his salary subsidized or enhanced by Abercrombie? Did Velamoor get paid to influence the judge or modify lawsuits in any way? Was he placed there to threaten Judge Carter? Was it because of Velamoor that the judge’s demeanor changed and he refused to hear the case on its merits as originally promised or stated?
My theory.. Abercrombie was contacted by someone in the Obama administration. Abercrombie received funding and put cash into his account (personal or otherwise). He was then sent a billing for services rendered by Perkins Coie for a total of $67,026 paid out in monthly increments. He pays the bill to Perkins Coie, who then pays Velamoor. Pay-to- Play? Who would notice the payments and put these seemingly unrelated things together? Pay-to-Play IS the Chicago way.
