The new governor of Hawaii says that he will change the regulations to send out the original, but this may require a change in the law. Either way, if he is successful, Hawaii would send the original to Obama. If not, the situation remains as it is now, and that is that Obama has already shown the OFFICIAL birth certificate, and the facts on it were repeatedly confirmed by the officials in Hawaii.

This is a fraudulent statement. Why am I saying that it is a fraudulent statement? Since we have on file multiple long form birth certificates released by the HI health department to individuals, who requested them. If you sign a consent, you can get a certified copy of the original BC on file. Similarly, you can get a copy of your Social Security application and you can explain to the nation how did you obtain a CT SSN, while residing in HI. This is a clear fraud in the highest office in the land. Anyone else would be sitting in prison for a long time, if caught pulling such scheme   It is despicable, that no court assumed jurisdiction to hear the case on the merits. This is a simple case of fraud and any court has jurisdiction to hear it. I hope that the Supreme Court of the United states will show some integrity and respect to US constitution and will hear my case tomorrow and will allow it to go on the merits. If not, please write to Congressman Lamar Smith, Chair of the House Committee on the Judiciary and demand a congressional investigation of ObamaFraudGate, as well as actions by some in federal judiciary in covering up, in aiding and abetting this fraud and placing this whole nation in danger, as well as using the courts for improper purpose of harassing and intimidating me, as a civil rights attorney and dissident against illegitimate Obama regime.
