Whitney,
Please forgive this additional message after the two others for which you so gratiously provided your address today.
However, as you can see from the comment quoted below, members of our military who have acted under orders of a commander in chief who has failed to qualify are in jeopardy for having violated various treaty obligations, etc.
The Senator must take a role in resolving this important Constitutional issue.
Please make him aware.
