Orly, does the fact that they actually distribited the suppemental brief mean that they are really interisted in hearing your arguments now?
I think we all pray that is the case.
God Bless, Dr. Orly.

Dr. Orly, am I understanding your answer to Charlene corectley? Does that mean that since they distribited the suplimental breif that you now actually are going to the Supreme Court, not just the brief is being read by the clerks?
I wish I could be there to hear that.
God Speed and God Bless

no, it is heard in conferenceof the justices behind closed doors
January 4th, 2011 @ 11:36 pm
no, it WILL BE DENIED in conferenceof the justices behind closed doors
Fixed your typo.

Are you sure the justices will really discuss it?
Maybe the clerks will decide it, and then forge the justices’ signatures, like they did before.
January 4th, 2011 @ 11:50 pm
nobody said that they forge the signatures. there are no signatures of the justices anywhere. the clerks evaluate the cases and submit to justices their summaries, which are often biased and one-sided, as most clerks are young, brainwashed lefties and Obama worshipers.
Most cases are never read by the Justices, they are clueless about 99% of the cases
