Your So Called Debate Regarding The Abercrombie Birther Statements

Your performance today on the subject of Barack Obama and birthers again displayed either your ignorance of the subject and/or your conscience attempt to continue to distort it as you have done in the past along with your colleagues OReilly and Beck.
 
Those of us that you attempt to ridicule as fringe off the wall birthers do not really care whether he was born in Hawaii or not even though that remains unknown. We are convinved, however, that he is not and never was legitimately eligible to serve as POTUS because whether or not he was born in Hawaii, he is NOT a natural born citizen.  The latter term is one that you never use or explain on the air because you prefer to keep the focus SOLELY ON PLACE OF BIRTH and deceive the American people into believing that being born in the United States is all that is required in order to be the President.  Megyn, we know you must have taken constitutional law as part of your legal studies and therefore have to be aware of Article II, Section I, Clause 5 in which it is clear that the founders use of the term citizen and natural born citizen in the same sentence establishes that the latter is a higher standard than just being a citizen.  Therefore, by speaking only about place of birth, you are deliberately distorting and restricting the issue so as to protect Barack Obama.  In fact, it seemed that the major theme of your debate today (how does having the anchor and two guests all agree on every point constitute a debate, by the way?) was that Gov. Abercrombie really screwed up by bringing up this subject again, when to paraphrase you, “the birthers had been pretty much quieted down of late”. 
 
Megyn, please stop calling us birthers.  Instead, call us natural born birthers because unlike you and your cohorts, we are concerned about the constitutional requirement that the POTUS be a natural born citizen which requires MORE than just being born here.  Why don’t you try reading Senate Resolution 511 passed on 4-30-08 and which declared by resolution that John McCain was found to be a natural born citizen because he had two citizen parents.  Research the backup hearing(s) to that resolution also and then ask yourself how Barack Obama meets that standard while admitting to having only one citizen parent and to having multiple citizenships in his early years. Obama even mysteriously signed this resolution, by the way. Was he making a deal by doing so?  I also suggest that you obtain the DNC Nommination Forms to the states signed by Nancy Pelosi in which only one of the fifty stated that Obama met the constitutional qualifications. Ask yourself, or better yet see if you can get Pelosi to tell you, why she removed that language on the other forty nine nomination forms.
 
Megyn, be careful because the media has made so many deceitful attempts to bury and distort our message that natural born birthers would love to see those of you in the media deliberately distorting and obscuring this issue prosecuted in the future if possible when all of this is exposed.  And the truth will come out one day in spite of the media’s attempt to prevent that.  Where will your career be then?  How will you back track?

    Oh Stella, that attempt at humor falls short of late night TV, but you highlight a point. ANYONE can become a citizen, but NOT EVERY CITIZEN has the qualifications to be POTUS under the US CONSTITUTION.

    Stella:…Orly (IS) a “birther”…and since she was instrumental in bringing about a “new form of politics,” she can be labeled “natural born” into the “party”! Ha, ha!

    See what happens when you “perform a lobotomy on your thinking process?” Orly is a “legal-immigrant” and a “natural born Patriot” sticking up for America! And your question “wreaks of snottiness!”

    Like: you got nothing to do all day but post “irrelevant,” “inane,” “shoot me down, please” banter? Wow!

    Well, hey, “legally-a-loner,” don’t leave! We Patriots love a fun “shootin’ gallery!” Cause the odds in Vegas are: 2-1 that you and the other “pabulum-pushers” are going to get your “cyber-spanking” that you people so richly deserve!
