Obama machine is pulling their usual spin and claiming that my CA case was dismissed. This is an absolute lie. Only one immediate motion was denied.

We had an ex-parte hearing. ex-parte requires more evidence, as it seeks immediate stay of the certification of elections and it is done without formal notice. It represents a very high threshold.

However, I got a 2,200 hundred pages of the new evidence dump,which came from a former NATO relational database expert with the top security clearance, showing over half a million illegal votes in Los Angeles county alone, which is only one in 58 counties in CA.

This evidence will put California into play for Romney. California is the biggest prize of them all with55 electoral votes. Ex parte hearing is just the beginning of a large multifaceted case. Just as Obama machine lied about my dental license, my law license and just about everything else, they are brainwashing people and even judges about the evidence and forgery in Obama’s papers and about elections fraud.

During the hearings I was shocked to see how uninformed the judges are. Judge Sanders and Judge Luciebrink thought that Obama’s eligibility was already decided on the merits as all they know is what they read in the regime media. They were absolutely clueless about the fact that all the law suits so far were dismissed on technicalities and on standing. They were absolutely clueless about the fact that no judge and no court ever saw Obama’s original papers and that no court ever decided that Obama has a valid Social Security number, no judge ruled that Obama has a valid birth certificate or valid Selective Service certificate.

When I am in court I feel like Galileo or Copernicus before inquisition telling the the ones who judge them “Don’t be the creatures of dark ages, open your minds to the truth and evidence and logic. The earth is round and it revolves around the sun. Judges, you are there to look at the evidence: Obama is a criminal with all forged papers, our voter rolls are full to the brink with bogus voter registrations. No matter how many thugs pull their spins, the Earth is still round and it still rotates around the sun . That is the truth. Obama is still a criminal and a Chicago thug with all forged papers. You judges will be judged sooner or later for what you are doing.

We will not win the battle with theories alone. Obama will not be thrown out of office on definition of natural born. This is not going to happen. Nixon was thrown out of office based on a criminal act. Capone was sent to prison for a crime. We have to keep pounding where it really hurts: forged papers, rigged elections, demand jury trial. We have strong evidence of forgery for which anyone else will be in prison. We have to push the evidence, we have to hold the bureaucrats and judges accountable for what they are doing. You have to spread the word. Please, go to any and all meetings with judges, candidates, media. Demand answers and actions. Demand that they stop denying our right to send this case to the jury of our peers, we need this ultimate elections fraud case heard on the merits. Orange County is one of the most conservative counties in California. We have very conservative juries. I need to make sure that the judges let me bring the case to the jury. Spread the word, help me bring it to the jury.

    Orly, you are a blessing from God! There are so few people that speak truth in the public realm. It is like we fell down the rabbit hole. Everything is upside down, logic and reason are banished and chaos rules as a result. You need to know that, for many of us, your pursuit of truth and justice is the slim hope that we hold in these incredible times. Your tenacity and spirit is a blessing. I am praying for you and will do whatever I can to help spread the truth. Truth is a powerful weapon and no matter how formidable our enemy seems, we have the ultimate victory and the slimy minions of deceit will one day receive justice! Godspeed!

    A sitting president can’t be tried for crime in a criminal court, regardless of the evidence. Prosecution of criminal acts of a sitting president is reserved to the House of Representatives (to draw up and pass articles of impeachment) and the Senate (to carry out a trial). You’re barking up the wrong tree. Regardless of what a judge thinks of you and your case, that judge can’t actually DO anything.

    If the ILLEGAL ALIENS in the White House is to be tried for crimes then ALL organizations need to be addressed by the Americans WHO have a strong COMMITMENT to the “RULE OF LAW”.

    Organizations like the Elks, Moose, Grange, and veteran organizations like; VFW, American Legion,Purple Heart org, Wounded VETS org;include, PTA, Bible study groups, and more need to be addressed using PRESENTATIONS aligning the “ILLEGAL ACTS” committed by the White House “ILLEGAL ALIEN, WHO IS indoctrinated to be “ANTI AMERICAN” by ISLAM Madrasas, Communist parents and grandparent.

    Criminals like Bernadine Dohrn, Bill Ayers, Frank Marshall Davis, Mercer Island communist school school principal, and more.

    A true story.

    A group of SENIOR VETS from WWII and other wars meet at a Burger King daily. The VETS were asked if they were aware of the White House infiltration by an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

    The VETS began to holler to the messenger “he’s doing a good job” and get out of here.

    A couple of vets pulled their cell phones out from their pockets, and began to repeatedly state that they were calling the police, and that the person attempting to alert them about the “ILLEGAL ALIEN” needed to leave.

    One VET went bezerk…stating to the person delivering the “ILLEGAL ALIEN” message that the person was threatening HIS HEALTH CARE by attacking the “ILLEGAL ALIEN” in the White House and that the “ILLEGAL ALIEN” was doing a good job.

    What the BEZERK vet didn’t know, that as a SENIOR citizen, he LOST 500 BILLION from the American health care program to be given to the 20-30 million ILLEGAL ALIENS in America.

    THIS STORY SAYS… GET OFF OF THE BLOGS AND INTO THE VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS SHOWING “ALL” THE CURRENT DATA AVAILABLE THAT MORE THAN SUBSTANTIATES AMERICA HAS A MUSLIM/COMMUNIST ILLEGAL ALIEN IN WHITE HOUSE.

    THERE ARE MANY WEBSITES THAT CAN BE OFFERED TO THE VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS DURING THEIR ORGANIZATION MEETINGS. A LAPTOP WITH WIFI OR NETWORK CONNECTIONS CAN BE USED TO DELIVER THE ONLINE WEBSITE CONTENT TO THE ORGANIZATIONS MEMBERSHIP. Most organizations have projectors, TV and other display equipment used to make presentations during meetings.

    Obama /Soetoro HAS the Supreme Court, he HAS the Congress… With all his Czars he pretty much has control of everything IN DC….
    I read an article titled ” Americas comming Civil War”. It was very informative for the person who has NOT been following the Criminal Activities of the People in Washington DC, as for myself, I do believe The Tree of Liberty NEEDS to be PRUNED now and then.
    I am Ready to PROTECT MY FAMILY, MY RELIGION and THE CONSTITUTION. My Powder is Dry.

    How many supporters and how many witnesses showed up for the hearing? Were they allowed to observe the proceedings? Or did the judge show any sign of corruption by clearing the courtroom as has been done before? What’s your take on the judge who will hear your case? Can you demand a jury trial and, if refused, can you appeal?

    YES, JURY TRIAL WAS REQUESTED, WITNESSES WERE SENT OUT AND WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TESTIFY

    Did Judge Luesebrink, who graduated from Occidental College in 1962, knew Obama from his liberal college days, and then went on to radical Berkeley’s law school, offer to recuse himself before he ruled against you? If he did not, can you ask the OC Presiding Judge for a retrial or re-assignment of the case?

    What was the judge’s ruling on your request for a jury trial? Will we finally get our dream Orange County jury? I take it you already know that the judge graduated from Occidental College, the liberal school Obama attended?

    Thrifty, what president? I hear other people yelling impeach, but how can you impeach someone that is not qualified to be POTUS? Impeachment is for Presidents not the illegal we have in the White House. He should be charged with treason, under RICO and sent to Guantanamo with all his cronies. He will be in good company with all the other terrorists.

    Talking about election fraud, I still don’t understand the Nevada election of Senator Harry Reid, where the day before the election most if not all polls showed him trailing by double figures.

    Oh by the way, Harry son was head of running this election in Nevada.
