Keep up the good work Dr. Taitz. I believe this is an extremely important issue. At this point the only way that it can be resolved is by the Supreme Court, unless of course Mr. Obama were to willing come forth with the proof of eligibility. But I have a question. Isn’t the default position that he is not eligible? He has already confirmed by his own words that his father was Kenyan. So, even if he was born in Hawaii as claimed, he’d still be ineligible, since he is clearly not a natural born citizen. It would seem that the court could throw him out of the white house without any further evidence!

The courts need to hear the case on the merits and they have to decide what  definition of Natural born are they using. While Vattel definition states that it means born in the country to citizen parents, others believe that it means only “born in the country” regardless of the citizenship of the parents. When we have estimated 43 million illegals in this country and millions anchor babies, it is important for the courts to vet this issue and provide a declaratory relief, as to what “Natural born citizen” is and if Obama provided proper documents to prove that he is one.
