I told you so. Other civil rights leaders and attorneys are being attacked by corrupt judges and corrupt media thugs the same way I was attacked

Ministry asks for removal of Maddow case judge

As I fought this battle against Obama regime, I was mercilessly attacked by corrupt media thugs, corrupt officials and corrupt judges. Some, who claimed to be on our side, were saying that maybe people should not support me and should not support my cases and instead they should support other attorneys, who they claimed to be better. However, all the cases by other attorneys were quickly dismissed. In a recent case of defamation filed by attorney Klayman, according to WND article (see link above) the clients were actually ordered to pay some $23,000 in attorneys fees for the other side.

You can see the parallels. Just as MSNBC  Rachel Maddow, Chris Mathews, Larry O’Donnell attacked me, they attacked others. Just as judge Clay D. Land attacked me using his courtroom to intimidate me, so I would not continue challenging Obama, so a number of other judges are attacking other attorneys and civil rights leaders for standing  up to the regime and media thugs and media lackeys of the regime. You can see that we did not win the battle yet not because I did not do enough or did something wrong, but because we are fighting a regime, which has a backing of  trillions of dollars, all three branches of government are not independent, the separation of powers is nothing but a myth, and the fourth branch of government, the media, is owned and manipulated by the same people who own and manipulate the puppet with forged papers in the White House and the puppets in Congress.

This is a very tough battle, I need all of your support. Together we can make it.

PS A word of caution to Larry Klayman in his case.   Recently a case he filed on behalf of WND was dismissed on a DC antiSLAPP statute. He filed another similar case in DC. It was dismissed on the same grounds and his clients were ordered to pay $23,000 to the defendants. He is trying to move the case to the DC court. I am afraid that his clients will be ordered to pay even more in federal court in DC, as Federal court is free to use the local statutes. Federal court in DC can use DC statutes and his clients and possibly he might be ordered to pay, as antiSLAPP allows for attorneys fees. Be careful, don’t burn your clients.

With the given fact that these Obot judges are issuing fines, are they in fact credible at all since their obvious bias precludes them from any legitimacy in their own right?

John Adams, letter to Elbridge Gerry, December 5, 1777 : “The dignity and stability of government in all its branches, the morals of the people, and every blessing of society depend so much upon an upright and skillful administration of justice, that the judicial power ought to be distinct from both the legislative and executive, and independent upon both, that so it may be a check upon both, and both should be checks upon that.”

“Judges, therefore, should be always men of learning and experience in the laws, of exemplary morals, great patience, calmness, coolness, and attention. Their minds should not be distracted with jarring interests; they should not be dependent upon any man, or body of men.” – John Adams, Inaugural Address, March 4, 1797.
“At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the constitution, and working its change by construction, before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life, if secured against all liability to account.” -John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776.

And I’m also wondering if an attorney can get an honest judge, without a bias in their rulings?! Can an attorney (request) a certain judge for a case? Like an older judge who might be a (R) or a conservative?

If you watch the Kay Griggs interview on You Tube, you might see a pattern and why babies are being killed wantonly in our country based on admitted lies and perjury in Roe versus Wade, motherhood being attacked, families attacked, homeschooling attacked, and now religious liberty is under attack. As long as we have our taxes paying a military to fight illegal wars for their drug and weapons profit, rather than only going to a just war when approved by Congress, and only when we have restored the balance of the powers, removing people like Holder who is aligned with the President, and yet having influence over the court system, we will have this ridiculous situation. “Separation of Church and State” is a communist phrase repeated so often, that people are intimidated into silence, and think it is in the Constitution. “The government shall not establish a religion” is what is in the Constitution, and that is what the government is trying to do, establish its own religion of killing children and stealing private monies for public corruption. For Faith to not be in the public square is ludicrous. Where else should Faith be but in interactions with your fellow man and with your Creator. What else is politics but the interactions of people in the social setting. The 8-hour interview with Kay Griggs, wife of a chief of staff in the military, shows what has been going on for a number of years, and now the snake she saw in the military is rearing its head visibly in our government. In God We Trust.

Good post… I once commented that
I never would in a million years
think our military would turn on
    us… in my uneducated opinion,
it isn’t our men, it is the
    upper brass, some of them.
Not all. I may be wrong.
But what else should one believe?

Orly: Ch is right! The only wars we were justified in fighting were these: 1776 and 1812. And curiously, they were both against England!!

All the others, IMO, have not been valid wars. They were “contrived!” Which means, that they were “setup” so the Fed/bankers could leech more money from Americans by borrowing! The Fed has to go!!!
