The Kings of Torts attack the Queens of the Tea Party

Yesterday it was reported, that Senator Lindsey Graham and former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott contacted Politico and attacked the leaders of the Tea Party Movement: Sarah Palin, Sharron Angle and Christine O’Donnell, claiming that because of them Republicans did not take the Senate.

As I stated before, Tea Party movement was the vehicle for the surge of the Republican party. Tea Party leaders like Sarah Palin and Sharron Angle gave the Republican party the critical mass of voters. What the old party establishment wanted, was the blind obidience, they wanted the same controlled puppets. Tea Party threatened that control.

Let’s look at the numbers: there were 256 Democrats in 111 Congress. Democrat party lost 65 seats. It means a net loss of 24.6% or roughly every 4th Democrat was thrown out of Congress.

In Senate there were only 19 Democrat Senators for re-election and they lost 6 seats, which represents 31.6% or roughly every third Democrat Senator, who was due for reelection, was thrown out of Senate. Percentage wise the numbers in Senate were higher, than in the House; at the very least, very consistent. The spread of losses and wins among the Tea Party Candidates was similar to the spread among RINO candidates. Tea Party leaders are not to be blamed, quite the opposite, they need to be thanked. So why such animosity?

The answer is simple. Power. This is particularly evident in regards to Trent Lott. Lott resigned from Senate and together with the Democrat Senator John Breaux fouded a lobbying firm in DC. It is like a full service one stop shop operation. If you want to buy influence of he Democrast law maker, go to Breaux, if you want to buy the innfluence of the Republican law maker, go to Lott. It all stays in the family and billions of dollars of federal government contracts are at stake.

When Young Turks like Ken Buck,  like Sharron Angle, like Sarah Palin appear in the picture, they threaten the dominance of power. They were not hand picked by the power brokers, they don’t have known red buttons to push , when needed. (which might explain Linsey Graham’s involvement) That means a loss of billions in projected income.

On November 29, 2007, The New York Times noted that Lott’s brother-in-law, Richard Scruggs, was indicted on charges of offering a $40,000 bribe to a Mississippi state judge in a fee dispute. Scruggs represented Lott and Rep. Gene Taylor in settlements with State Farm Insurance company after the insurer refused to pay claims for the loss of their Mississippi homes in Hurricane Katrina. Lott and Taylor had pushed through federal legislation to investigate claims handling of State Farm and other insurers after Hurricane Katrina, a potential conflict of interest.[17][18] On July 30, 2008, the Associated Press reported that during a deposition related to the Hurricane Katrina claims, Zach Scruggs, son of Richard Scruggs, was asked by State Farm Fire & Casulty Cos. attorney Jim Robie, “Has it been your custom and habit in prosecuting litigation to have Senator Lott contact and encourage witnesses to give false information?” Zach Scruggs responded, “I invoke my Fifth Amendment rights in response to that question.” [19] On February 14, 2009, The New York Times noted in relation to an indictment of Judge Bobby DeLaughter for taking bribes from Scruggs that federal prosecutors have said that Lott was induced by Scruggs to offer DeLaughter a federal judgeship in order to gain the judge’s favor.[20] The entire Dickie Scruggs saga was recounted in the release of the book Kings of Tort in 2009 by Pediment Publishing.[21]

Now, do you remember Judge Land in GA and $20,000 sanctions asserted against me to keep me quiet about Obama’s illegitimacy? Do you remember Jude Carter hiring as a law clerk an attorney for Obama’s defense law firm?(robert Bauer’s Perkins Coie firm?)   Sounds familiar? Any more questions?

    RINO’s (in all forms) know that their days are numbered. U.S. Constitutional Law is where it is at and you are either for it or against it. Enforcing the Consitution is what the Tea Parties are all about. Any politician who is not 100% for all of the Constitution is not for America.

    That is the test that all RINOs will be held accountable to in the years to come.

    ARTICLE VI

    “… The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;…”

    It is not just the RINO’s, it is ALL Public Officials that need to be kicked to the curb if they fail the truthfully and justly honor their Oath.

    It is our duty to expose them when they don’t and hold them accountable.

    So what part of the United States Constitution don’t our public Officials agree with or understand?

    Were Marco Rubio’s parents citizens of the USA when Marco was born?

    Pose it, publicly, AND IT’S A WHOLE NEW BALL GAME!

    And to add to Kathy’s comment…the Constitution grants the power to “We the People”…not to any party.

    The whole of Congress and the Senate have Conspired to keep that Usurper in Office since the day it was elected…Anyone of them could have raised the Issue but didn’t…They all r as Guilty of Treason as the Executive Branch & Judicial Branch…If there is any Justice left on this Planet, all their heads will roll.
