“Ok and just what in the constitution could POSSIBLY be proof that the president isn’t eligible? ”

It is not up to the constitution to prove Obama isn’t eligible. It is up to him to prove that he is. The burden of proof is always on those asserting the claim, he claims to be eligible, so the burden is on him. So what’s the big problem,all he has to do is show his real long form birth certificate. But instead,all that is offered is a photo shopped version of a “certificate of live birth.”

A real birth certificate will show the attending Doctor, witnesses and the Hospital.

He may indeed be a citizen, but the question is, what kind of citizenship does he hold? The U.S. Constitution speaks of two different kinds of citizenship. Naturalized citizenship and natural born citizens. While any citizen could serve in any government  office they were elected or appointed  to, the office of “President” is required to meet the higher standard of being a “natural born citizen.”

In order to be a “natural born citizen” one must be born to parents…..”parents” …that’s plural, who are both citizens of the united states owing no allegiance to any foreign state.

By his own admission, his father was never a U.S. Citizen, therefore that fact alone disqualifies him.

What birth certificate did he already submit showing citizenship?If he did I am not aware of this.

Are you referring to the photo shop copy of his “certificate of live birth?” If so how can it be verified without access to the original?

It does not matter what his religion is, The U.S. Constitution at Article  VI.  3rd. paragraph says no religious test shall ever be required to hold any office under the United States.Cool

    Not only Beck, why doesn’t Sean Hannity have you on either?

    Here is part of a post I just left on a blog that Hannity is sure to read today:
