Technical help needed

It looks like someone is tampering with my computer and doing it remotely. There was tampering with the Autosave function, someone remotely switched it off. Any ideas, how do I trace and identify this person?
It was reported to me, that it was done to one of my supporters assisting me in research. We believe, that it was done by the same person, how do I trace this peron?
Also, one of my supporters stated, that after he sent to a person, who was defaming me, an e-mail, supporting me, suddenly there were changes in his database of e-mail addresses. Someone deleted both of my yahoo and gmail addresses from his database. We suspect it was done by the same person. Any ideas, how do I provide proof of hacking and tampering.

Orly, while I can’t help you with your current problem I strongly recommend buying a Macintosh (Apple) computer as soon as possible. All these hacks, viruses etc. are written for Windows — I bet you use Windows — but the Mac doesn’t have these problems. A few sensible precautions and you are worry free with a Mac. Windows defenders may howl at my suggestion dump the very insecure Windows OS to switch over to OSX (the Macintosh operating system) but believe me what I say I say from experience. Macs are virtually immune to the security concerns that plague Microsoft/Windows. Orly, buy a Mac, you won’t look back.
