    If this does not suspend the Constitution? What Does? No such thing as a Partial Suspension. It is either all or none.

    LTC. Terry Lakin’s Presiding Judge made this Statement at his Court Martial Hearing.

    “Judge Lind stated that any and all orders now originate with the Pentagon and no longer with the Office of the civilian President and Commander-in-Chief.”

    Could this POSSIBLY MEAN that the MILITARY realizes now that SOEBARKAH is a USURPER and, as LTC LAKIN, REFUSES orders from the putative Potus until NEW ELECTIONS or TRANSFER OF POWER can take place?

    This is a VERY ODD statement for JUDGE LIND to make and connotes, PERHAPS, that the Military is doing what Congress refuses to do until now?

    Remember, the MILITARY SWEARS oaths to the CONSTITUTION.

    Perhaps Maj Gen Vallely could comment on this?
