If Barack Obama had an enemies list, who would be on it?

Anyhow, the way it puts it is:

#2: Larry Sinclair (The felon who said he had gay sex and did drugs with Obama)

#7: Pat Boone
#8: Jon Voight
#9: Rush Limbaugh
#10: Ann Coulter
#11: Rupert Murdoch
#12: Jesse Jackson (He said he was going to chop off his nuts)
#13: Dick Cheney
#14: Bill O’Reilly
#15: Toby Keith (WTF?)
#16: Forgotten Gubernatorial candidate Rex Rammell
#17: Hank Williams Jr. (Again, wtf?)

I think Rush Limbaugh should have been higher. I would also add Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich. If he did have an enemies list.
