I need to know, if they had as a patient there a person, who was born in 1890, got his ss number 042-68-4425 in 1976-1977, probably deceased now. I need his or her name and ss application

Dear Dr. Taitz,

Thank you once again for all that you are doing.

It looks like you’ve established a pattern of elderly people obtaining SS #s in CT in the late 70s.  My suspicion is that it was possibly standard procedure for certain convalescent care facilities to assist with SS application if the elderly patient didn’t already have a SS#.  My hunch is that it would then be used to apply for Medicare to defray costs of the convalescent care or medical needs.

 

Based on Lillian Appleby’s last payout address, I did a word search just now on

06897 Wilton , Fairfield , Connecticut convalescent

 

and it yielded some interesting results here:

I will contact a friend who worked for a major convalescent care company for years and see if I can learn anything about procedures they used for elderly without SS#s.
