I got several e-mails where some individuals questioned, whether I am telling the truth about Constitutional Scholar Ron Rotunda supporting me and voting for me in the Republican primary for CA secretary of state against Damon Dunn. Here is one of the e-mails. I am telling the truth.

This e-mail was sent after Mr. Rotunda already signed up as my friend on my new face book page and I asked if he can recommend an elections law attorney to help with my cases, specifically with my legal action against Damon Dunn, who committed fraud by not providing a mandatory disclosure of the fact that he registered to vote in two other states and that he registered as a Democrat, while he ran as a Republican in CA. Mr. Rotunda stated in his e-mail that he knew about my run, that he voted for me and he recommended Charles Bell, however I can’t use him, since Charles Bell is a partner of Brian Hildredth, Damon Dunn’s attorney, therefore there is a conflict of interest. Yes, I know you were a candidate in the Republican primary. I voted for you.
I am a Commissioner on the Fair Political Practices Commission, so I cannot take any active partisan role.
An excellent lawyer who practices elections law is:
Charles H. Bell Jr.
Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP
455 Capitol Mall
Suite 801
Sacramento, CA 95814

Perhaps he can help.

An interesting recommendation, may show how uninformed he really is.
I find it hard to believe that is the only lawyer in California he could recommend.

I have never heard of the word “rotunda” being used as a surname. Are you sure this guy is for real? If you say this guy is legit, okay.

Orly:…
Where I live, they have a thing called; “Lawyer Referral” at the state capitol! If you can call your local library, they should be able to give you a (toll-free) long-distance number in order to find the right attorney and the recommendation for the best one!
This should solve that dilemma? Will send an email to add further info on this.

Rotunda is as real as they come. He is an accomplished Constitutional scholar, and the author of a treatise that I heavily relied on in law school.
I disagree with Dr. Taitz on pretty much everything she says and does, but will back her up completely on this one – that Rotunda is a real person.
