Since 08.09.10. I got $2,640 I need $17,360

I had to write $300 to the Supreme Court for the Writ of Certiorari though.

    Hey Orly,

    How’s it going? You get me out of office yet? I don’t think you have ’cause I’m still sitting here in the oval office, but maybe the patriotic military is coming to arrest me shortly. Footsteps in the hall. Could it be? It’s an Army Colonel. I’m terrified but slightly aroused. You know, I tried to bury that Larry Sinclair thing but, well, like every thing you claim that is inherently contradictory it must be true because it means I’m evil.

    Oh dear, the Army Colonel wants to discuss North Korean troop movements. I’d better let Pyongyang know that we’re onto them. Still, you’d think that since I’m soooo very guilty, he’d arrest me or something. But no, I still get to collect $20 000.

    Life sucks sometimes doesn’t it Orly?

    We had a digimon marathon last night. Why didn’t you come? MaloMyotismon almost won but luckily we and the digidestined combined our friendship power and everything was saved. Have you managed to DNA-digivolve yet? I can armor-digivolve but that’s it.

    OK, just hoping you are OK and not disbarred. It would suck without you to save America from my tyranny,

    Have you filed the petition for writ of certiorari? If so, can you post it for us, please?

    I am pleased that you are now petitioning for certiorari. This is the only appropriate method for you to appeal the sanctions order to the Supreme Court, as a stay is only capable of providing interim relief and is clearly not necessary whilst your cert petition is pending.

    However, keep in mind that the overwhelming majority of cert petitions are denied without comment and that yours is all but guaranteed to suffer such a fate.
