Answer:

I am sure that Kagan will not recuse herself

I am afraid the other justices will not read a word. Typically they assign one clerk to read a brief and write a summary. Most of those clerks are young ProObama lawyers. those clerks will write” deny” and the Justices will rubber stamp it (that is, if they will ever sign anything).

A year ago nearly half a million people spoke up and written a petition to hear my case on the merits, later Justice Scalia didn’t know that this case existed. Do you know when those Justices are appearing in front of the audiences?

So far I don’t have a date for the conference.

Reporter Alan Riquelmy of Miami Herald has written in his article  that Alito has written to other Justices “Does anyone want to deal with it?” I don’t know where he got it, I never got a copy of this note or anything signed by any of the Justices. I only saw an entry on the docket, that it was referred to the full court.  

 My case will be heard by all 9 Justices of the Supreme Court. Whether they will actually read a word, or it will be decided by the same clerks, remains to be seen. There were no signatures of any Justices in Lightfoot v Bowen and no signature on prior “denial” by Thomas
