I flew to Nashville and reported this and other info to Matt Everett, Assitant US attorney in Nashville, TN 615-736-5151. He wanted to investigate, but later called and said that his superiors didn’t give him permission to do it. 3 witnesses were with me during the meeting at Nashville US attorneys office. Now another TN official died exactly the same way and Department of Justice has his blood on their hands.

Person that issued fraudulent TN Driver’s Licenses is to testify against Hammad.

Five Middle Eastern men arrested Feb. 5 with Tennessee driver’s license examiner Katherine Smith

Smith died Sunday in a fiery car crash, a day before she was to appear in court.

Katherine Smith was also the witness of record into a trial of individuals providing false identification to two of the hijackers. She was killed before being able to testify in this trial as well. The middle-man between Rocky Hammad and Katherine Smith who procured the false identification was Khaled Odtllah.  Katherine Smith was murdered in his car.

A suicide note was found, but the FBI determined that gasoline was poured on her clothes before she died. [AP, 2/13/2002, Reuters, 2/15/2002]
