Hi Orly,

For your information, just in case.

At “post and email”, a Illinois voter has found the state has a formal “Objection Period” for any citizen to “Object” to a candidate being on the ballot and to prove his eligibility to run.

The voter believes this Kills Obama’s chance to run in Illinois in 2012. An “Objection” will be filed against Obama to prove his Constitutional eligibility in 2012.

Does CA. have a formal “Objection Period” for you to object to Dunn being on the ballot??

Thanks for all that you do for the citizens.

Sincerely,

Donald Cundiff

answer:
In CA CEC (California elections Code) provides for 5 days objection period.
Registrar’s have 28 days to process the votes and do canvassing: from June 8, 2010 election it ends on July 6. After July 6 secretary of state has 5 days to certify the votes. During these 5 days I can file a contest against my opponent with any Superior court.

Does this apply to all states, as well? If so, I will check on this and see if I can do this back here, if it’s acceptable and legal …and does this allow us to object to Obama being on the ballot here, as well, in 2012?

If so, that could be done, but don’t know what the cost would be? Maybe get some of the Patriots here to band together, to see if this would be feasible? But that would probably need to be done, only, in those “large, voter states,” right, with large electoral college numbers?

This sounds great! I’d like to see how the judges will handle this? They can’t play around with the “standing” B.S. any longer!
