    Is this assessment correct?

    Loretta Fuddy’s response comes down to 4 options:

    1. Ignore the Subpoena
    a) Consequence would be Obama can’t be on the Georgia Presidential Ballot.
    b) Possible “Contempt of Court” arrest warrant. However, a Georgia Subpoena may not be effective in Hawaii. Contempt charge dismissed by a federal judge.

    2. Appeal to a higher Georgia judge to quash the subpoena (nullify subpoena compliance) if granted, then subpoena is null and void;

    3. Appeal to a federal judge to quash the subpoena (nullify subpoena compliance.)
    (Then further appeals would commence)

    4. Simply comply. (I doubt it will happen.)

    Will Ms. Fuddy fight this? Probably.

    If Ms. Fuddy refuses, or plays games is it then time to submit a complaint to a federal grand jury? (USC Title 18 sec. 3332.)
