Dear Orly,

Judge Carter is using the well known Friday news dump for the rendering of his decision. It’s not a holiday weekend, but it’s the Friday before Monday, Dec. 7th, anniversary of Pearl Harbor.

Judge Carter, you have stabbed America in the back by your deliberate obtuseness: “the Court finds no factual, legal, or bias grounds upon which to grant the motion for reconsideration.”

I pray for America in the hour of her need, and I pray for Orly and her family.

    I pray that when the time comes, all people who swore to uphold the Constitution, like Judge Carter, will be brought up on charges of treason. He is a marine who does not know the meaning of Sempri Fi.
