Demand for correction of false information in the article published in Washington Times 02.12.2015
Dear Mr. Dinan,
It appears, you follow legal challenges to Obama-amnesty brought in front of Judge Andrew Hanen in TX. The first case was Taitz v Johnson,Obama Burwell 14-cv-0119. This case was not adjudicated yet, however Judge Hanen already issued and order to show cause in my favor, ordering defendants to show cause, why he should not rule in favor of Dr. Taitz.
Second case, Texas v Obama 14-cv-0254, was filed by 26 states where I filed a motion for a leave of court as an intervenor.
In your article today you wrote:
“Judge Hanen also denied the request to intervene by Orly Taitz, a lawyer who has previously challenged Mr. Obama’s birth, arguing despite evidence to the contrary that he is ineligible to be president.
The judge said her thoughts will be considered as a “friend of the court” brief instead”
You were correct in stating that my brief was accepted as Amicus Curiae, meaning Friend of the Court.
You were wrong however, and committed journalistic malpractice in claiming “Orly Taitz, a lawyer who has previously challenged Mr. Obama’s birth, arguing despite evidence to the contrary that he is ineligible to be president.” In reality no court has adjudicated the issue of Obama’s eligibility on the merits. Several judges ruled that they did not have jurisdiction to rule on the merits or that this is a political question to be decided by Congress. There are several eligibility cases, which are still lingering in several courts around the nation. All the evidence, that was submitted to court, as can be seen in the file attached herein Table of evidence of forgery, fraud and fabrication in Obama’s IDs, shows that Obama is using a Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him and was actually assigned to a citizen of Connecticut Harry J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrated to US in 1912 and presumed to be deceased without heirs. Additionally, attached file contains a sworn affidavit from a Chief Investigator of the US Coast Guard, Stephen Jeffrey Coffman, who attests that Obama’s selective service certificate is a flagrant forgery containing a fabricated 1980 cancellation USPS stamp. Further, multiple affidavits from experts and top government officials showing flagrant forgery in other IDs.
I demand correction from you stating that the evidence showed that Obama is indeed ineligible due to his use of a stolen CT Social Security number and fabricated IDs and it is yet to be adjudicated by the court or prosecuted by the Attorney General of the US, should we eventually find an AG with integrity.
During Watergate we not only had an AG and Judge Joseph Sirica, who had integrity and strength of character to expose and prosecute the US President, we had members of the media with integrity. In the past 6 years of Obama regime, our members of the media acted as Obama fan club and showed on integrity, particularly on the issue of Obama’s use of fabricated IDs. Today we are starting to hold members of the media accountable for lying. Brian Williams just recently got a 6 months suspension for lying, though his lying was not a matter of national importance.
If you are lying and claiming that the evidence showed Obama eligible, while the evidence actually shows him using fabricated IDs and a stolen Social Security number, you are aiding and abetting in forgery, fraud, elections fraud, usurpation of the presidency and you are committing treason. Lying about matters of national importance makes not only you, but also your paper, Washington Times, liable.
I hope the correction and apology is forthcoming.
Sincerely,
Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Good for you Orly for going after the Washington Times for its lies. Even the so called conservative media, which is negligible is complicit with the mass media in withholding the truth about Obama.

That reporter will probably get to the second or third sentence before he stops reading. Liberals believe they should report what they want, not the truth. Otherwise, he would have got it right the first time.

Perhaps he needs to “pull his socks up” and “sit up straight”. Especially, considering the FACT that Brian W just was hung out to dry for his imaginary stories!
